If the Constitution is validly changed to eliminate the 1st Amendment, then they could pass laws that restricted the freedom of the press, for example. It would be "legal" as there would be no more 1st Amendment. Would that be acceptable or right? You know the answer to that question. The fish is mute, expressionless.
