I must admit that among my 38 First Cousins there are 2 (Seventh-Day Adventists) who are Vegan. And I've visited them and eaten meals at their homes. The food was tasty and satisfying, but I would not want to subsist on it full-time. However, they do appear to be in reasonably good health.
