By the way, if you're not already planning to, I'd definitely recommend getting an alignment done at the shop. Everything now is probably a little out of whack.

The front suspension on the GTO should be easier. Wink

I like cars that corner, so I'd throw the Hotchkis catalog at it and then go for an injected v8 and 6spd. And big brakes and sticky tires.

For a cruiser, it sounds like you have a solid foundation. I would replace the tires if they have been sitting as long as the car has and I like Keystone rims. They have a look similar to the OE Pontiac rims.
