I went to bed last night at 10:15 Central time following this thread and it was the first thing I opened this morning before work and started reading right where I left off hoping to see that Trump had won. By the time I left for work I wasn't at that point yet and had to check a mainstream website to see the final results. I will be picking up where I left off in the thread when I get home tonight because the play-by-play going on here was better than any news station could provide. Although it would be fun to see them lose their shit. Thanks to all of the deplorable people out there in AMERICA. I'm glad to be one of you. ETA: Oh, and I will be having a celebratory Jack Single Barrel over ice tonight. Better late then never. | |||

I'm filled with gratitude this morning. Grateful to Donald Trump, who is one tough 70 year old son of a bitch! He took on the whole American establishment-- Democrats, Republicans, the "media" and their pundits-- and kicked ass day after day, week after week, month after month. And seemed to relish every minute of the fight! Grateful to Para that this site, and this epic thread, was the way I could experience this phenomenal event. This was the place to be, through it all.
