Took about an hour but I cast my vote against satan.

Driving through Baltimore today I haven't seen anything Hillary. With the exception of a guy driving down the freeway with a cutout of her standing up in the passenger window. Lots of Trump signs, but that's it.

Detroit metro airport was unusually quiet. Everywhere I've gone so far... Also quiet.

BUT...

In every previous pres election I have SEEN Dem bumper stickers and a few signs out in our county.

This time?

NOT A SINGLE HILLARY ANYTHING.

Meaning? Not sure, but I hope it means Trump wins.

I drove through Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina the last week of October. Very little interstate, mostly state highway. Jumping local radio the whole way (forgot the headphone adapter for my iPhone 7).

I saw very little Hillary support. Some bumper stickers, some front yard signs in mid-Ohio, but a great number of Trump signs, especially on businesses.

I heard the opposite. NC was the worst. Hillary ads on every channel, radio hosts talking about how our future is so bright with Hillary at the helm, like it's already done.

At least this will all be over and people will stop pouring their heart out on social media about why Hillary vs Hitler is an easy decision.

I voted early, like the second day of early voting, walked right in, went to a machine and then walked right out. Glad I didn't wait because tomorrow I'm busy all day with work.

Through circumstances mostly beyond my control, I was not able to get to my voting place until straight-up noon. I expected a LONG line due to it being lunch-time, but was greeted by an empty line at my name table and walked right up, showed my ID, signed my name, voted straight R, voted on several state amendments that I understood and that affected me (abstained from the others), and was out in under 10 minutes. And this was at city hall... typically THE most congested voting place in the city of Madison, AL!

My wife went this morning and had to wait quite a bit longer than that, so I expect I just hit it lucky, and also expect the lines will be long when folks get out of work and school this afternoon! Two more for Trump/Pence here!!! Big Grin

Just heard on the radio that some paper, maybe it was the Washington post has already run the headliner Madam President, driving conspiracy theorists nuts.

How about just normal people... How stupid.

Got to the school where I always vote. The line was up the stairs and almost out the door. Longer than I've ever seen it. I was going to leave an come back after lunch time. But the workers were saying it was only 15-20 minutes, so I stayed. They were right, it was pretty quick.

I'm sure I'm one of the three people in my election district who voted for Trump.

I was standing in line (it is a beautiful day here) and looked up and saw a bald eagle circling over the school where the voting was going on. Made me fell kinda good.

The Trump family votes in Manhattan on Tuesday morning.Self-explanatory. But good to see. It's been a long difficult, (so far) winning road. But it's not over even after today. If Trump wins popular vote election and the electoral count, there is still the Electoral vote.

It's Newsweek. The outrage is all in response to their potential cover, that was designed to be used if she wins. They also created a Trump cover, if he wins. (The Clinton cover was just the first to be leaked, which sent the conspiracy theorists into a tizzy.)

That's very standard. Newspapers and magazines design two separate contingency headlines/covers ahead of time to handle both possible outcomes, so that they have them ready to go as soon as the final announcement hits. They do the same thing with events like the Super Bowl.

Nothing to see here.

yup, it was funny how the MLB-WS "Cubs" winner hats were out moments after the game was over.

nothing to see here. On another note, is Newsweek still around? I thought they went belly up years ago.

What would an election be w/o Marilyn Mosby controversy ?

Marilyn Mosby deletes possibly illegal tweet of daughter filling out ballot

Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has deleted a tweet of a picture that appeared to show her daughter filling out her mother's ballot as a vote for Hillary Clinton, possibly violating a Maryland law against the use of electronic devices in the voting booth.

The controversial attorney, who brought the unsuccessful prosecutions against five Baltimore police officers over the death of Freddie Gray, initially tweeted that she had voted and encouraged others to do the same -- accompanied by the picture inside the voting booth.

However, after a number of users commented that taking a picture of a ballot in Maryland is illegal under state law, Mosby swiftly deleted the tweet.

6 votes for Trump in my family. And 2 of our friends who always vote democrat went for Trump, as even they couldn't stomach Hillary.
Had lunch with my democrat friend today after we both had voted and we never talk politics and I wasn't going to bring it up today.
He voluntarily told me that him and his wife both went Trump.
