First I know lots of you hate FB. Well my wife and I have 7 kids between us and the youngest is 20.

Chalk up a win for Donald Trump in Pennsylvania before Election day.

A federal judge ruled against claims Monday that Trump and his political adviser Roger Stone urged campaign supporters to intimidate minority voters at the polls on elections day by becoming “ballot integrity” volunteers.

According to Bloomberg News, U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond in Philadelphia, dealt a major blow to Democrats hoping for a court order prohibiting polling-place activity deemed to be disrespectful, which they argued could stifle turn out for Hillary Clinton.

The Democrats’ “belated, inflammatory allegations appear intended to generate only heat,” and don’t back up claims that the Trump campaign endangered voting rights, Diamond stated in a 16-page ruling.

“When he says cheaters he means Latinos and blacks,” former Philadelphia councilman Angel Ortiz testified at the Monday hearing. “That’s how I get it.”

Ortiz later added, “People who look like me, they’ll be asked for papers or citizenship or where they’re from.”

The favorable ruling for the Trump campaign follows a loss in court for the Pennsylvania GOP last week after U.S. District Judge Gerald Pappert who rejected a lawsuit by the party to allow registered voters in the state to be certified poll watchers in any county.

I officially started my facebook blackout until Nov. 9. I'm not sure that I could survive 2 days without SIGForum so you guys are stuck with me. I'm about 99% I've got great friend and colleague to vote Trump even though he voted for Obama in 2008. He's dead set on McCrory and most of the Republicans for state elections.

I dumped FB about a month ago. Unfriended everyone, deleted my likes and photos, changed my e-mail addrress and erased my personal information, then deactivated the account. I don't miss it at all. Turns out, the people I want to be friends with, I am friends with.

Unfortunately, my marginal diabetes will not let me do that! Wish I could.

But then, why break a really long dry streak, like since 1961. Only alky I drank since then was a very short bier at my MIL's wake. And only then because it was expected by the whole clan.

Not that I am against alcohol. But I grew up in a family where dad was an alcoholic for years and didn't dry out until I had been gone for probably 20 years.

I might take a sip of the wife's bier when trump wins.
