Not directed at anyone, just good advice for all:

Nothing to do now but vote and let the chips fall where they may. The sun will rise Wednesday morning and we will go on with our lives and do the best we can. Try not to stress over what you cannot change - advice that is easier said than done, I know!

Same story, exactly, three times. Did you even read them?

Let's take it easy, please. None of that stuff matters at this moment. Foot off of the gas. Let's coast a bit.

I'm seeing news reports that the Clinton Campaign has canceled, without explanation, the Tuesday evening fireworks barrage over the Hudson River for which they had already received approval from the Coast Guard.

None of the articles offered any explanation for the last-minute cancellation.

My guess is that that someone in the campaign had the good sense to recognize that, even if she wins, the nation is not in the mood for this kind of indulgent and narcissistic victory celebration.

Media blackout for me today and most of tomorrow. No Rush, Breitbart, American Thinkers, Drudge, etc. etc. And absolutely no TV news.

And to step back from this thread Wink

Yes, the "Republican Establishment" (whatever that is these days) will certainly be at least partially to blame, but, probably not even the majority. And the dominant "news" media certainly comes in for their fair share of the blame, let us not forget that.

But...

I'm afraid that, much as many of you don't want to hear this, Mr. Trump, himself, deserves the lion's share of the blame, if he loses. He has, at various times, managed to insult just about every demographic possible.

You may call that simply not being PC. The targets of some of his comments mostly don't agree.

Some of his other stumbles have been as epic as some of those of Sarah Palin's.

I'm voting for him, but, if he loses it'll be by his own hand.

Or, perhaps more accurately, by his own mouth.
