how do they get rid of the first ballot so these 'people' don't get to vote twice

do they bring out the physical ballot and rip it up?

Ballots, regardless of type, aren't officially counted until election day. Some states with phone balloting, etc., may not add the totals to the official count until days after the election. That said, the practice of allowing someone to have their original ballot discarded and then replace it with a new one does indeed seem to introduce yet another way to cheat.

I think generally you can't change your vote. Clinton knows this, which is why she keeps urging her supporters to vote early — before the FBI makes another announcement.

If there’s one thing that this race has done regarding political discourse, it’s examined whether voter fraud exists or not: is it widespread, where does it occur, do voter ID laws work (and are they racist) etc. which has occurred thanks to Trump’s incessant claims that the fix is in and the election might be rigged. I'm not going to delve into that, but voter fraud has occurred in local areas across the country. Yet, in key swing states, like Pennsylvania, state police have executed a raid on a Democratic-affiliated grassroots group after obtaining a search warrant to look for evidence of voter fraud (via The Philadelphia Inquirer):

Pennsylvania state police have raided a Delaware County political field office seeking evidence of possible voter-registration fraud, according to court records.

In a warrant filed late last week in County Court, investigators said they were seeking documents, financial information, and lists of employees at the Norwood office of FieldWorks LLC, a national organization that often does street work for Democrats, records show.

The warrant did not specify the nature of the probe, but said agents also were looking for "templates . . . utilized to construct fraudulent voter registration forms" and "completed voter registration forms containing same or similar identifying information of individuals on multiple forms."

A Delaware County judge on Friday afternoon signed the search warrant, but it was not known when it was executed. The warrant application was approved by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office. Jeff Johnson, a spokesman for the Attorney General's Office, declined to comment.

In a statement Monday, a spokesman for FieldWorks' national headquarters in Washington, said the company has "zero tolerance for fraud."

Delaware County is a key blue collar county around Philadelphia, which often decides who wins the national and statewide elections. Republicans haven’t won Pennsylvania since 1988, but updates like this in a key swing state in a pivotal county will surely add fuel to the fire of voter fraud. James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas group released a series of explosive videos after a yearlong investigation into the Clinton campaign and its allies on the Left that showed possible evidence that these groups were scheming to commit voter fraud. If Trump does well in Delaware, Montgomery, or Bucks counties, he could win the state and possibly beat Clinton in the general.

Well this is funny. I just got a robocall to my cell phone from someone with a Salt Lake City area code. I of course didn't answer but it left a message railing against "that liar McMullin" and begging me not to vote for him and vote Trump.

McMullin ain't gonna win Utah, but apparently if he does happen to win the State, it won't really matter because in such a scenario, the electoral college will deadlock meaning the decision goes to the House. So there ya go.

I saw that story too, saying that the Clinton team had submitted all the paperwork to get the permits to have a two minute fireworks display. I hope that somehow they MUST to go ahead with it, once it is planned. That way, Trump can arrange to have loudspeakers set up at the same moment to blast "Ding dong, the witch is dead!"

Fox came in second with an average of 663,000 viewers, while MSNBC averaged 432,000 viewers — an all-time high for the Comcast-owned network.”

While Kelly’s own program still finished atop cable news in the key 25-54 demographic for the month, CNN beating Fox News overall in primetime in the demo for the first time in over a decade comes as Kelly has emerged as the face as of the network thanks to the honchos in the Murdoch family.

Rupert Murdoch’s sons James and Lachlan, who have taken over 21st Century Fox, have decided—according to a Vanity Fair profile earlier in October—make Kelly the future of the network. And as they’ve rallied entirely behind Kelly, after Kelly made a move to oust Roger Ailes as the chairman of the company, alleging without evidence that he made an unwanted sexual advance against her years ago, the network’s ratings have collapsed.

Kelly has also emerged as the network’s leading anti-Donald Trump voice, using her platform to try to disparage the Republican presidential nominee and his supporters. Straight out of her playbook for the California primary. She declared victory in the primary race less than 12 hours before the California polls opened, most likely with the intent of getting Bernie voters to stay home.
