makes me sick. one of the things that turned me off Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio were their speeches in Spanish.

So insulting . The target audience is thought of as children, easily impressed that Kaine speaks Spanish...

I don't know. Given Clinton's "foreign language skills to impress" reset button program, he may be promising that their sheets will marry a Toyota.

Billionaire Sheldon Adelson just committed $25 million to an anti-Hillary Clinton Super PAC to try and help tilt the presidential race and down ballot House and Senate races to Republicans, Fox News learned Monday. There are indications the casino magnate will pony up even more by the end of the week.

Two senior Republican sources familiar with the donation described it to Fox News as a “massive” amount of money to be spent during the final week of the presidential race and a sign that Adelson, who has largely been on the sidelines after initially suggesting he would give $100 million to help Donald Trump, is now going all in on the Republican nominee.

I am mad. I am mad because I am scared. And if you are a woman, you should be, too. Emailgate is a bitch hunt, but the target is not Hillary Clinton. It’s us.

The only reason the whole email flap has legs is because the candidate is female. Can you imagine this happening to a man? Clinton is guilty of SWF ( Speaking While Female ), and emailgate is just a reminder to us all that she has no business doing what she’s doing and must be punished, for the sake of all decent women everywhere. There is so much of that going around.

FBI Chief James Comey has shown himself to be another bully of the same kind. He has repeatedly talked down to Clinton, admonishing her as a bad parent would a 5-year-old. He has accused her of “poor judgment” and called her use of a private email server “extremely careless.”

It’s not about emails; it’s about public communication by a woman in general.

But here’s Hillary Rodham Clinton, the very public stand-in for all bossy, uppity and ambitious women. Here are her emails. And since it’s a woman, doing what decent women should never do—engaging in high-level public communication—well, there must be something wrong with that, even if we can’t quite find that something.

Just more people wanting to use their race/gender/etc as an excuse to hide from reality. Boehner allegedly told other members while he was speaker that they shouldn't speak out against Obama because he is black.

And it sets up 4 or 8 years of excuses of stuff like "oh, the only reason why this had no support is because Hillary is a woman".

It is the next level of "if you don't agree with this policy it is because you are a racist" of the last 8 years.

Yea. Robin's not a professor of logic either. The only way to get to Robin's conclusion is by starting with it in her premise.

Lots of men have gone to jail for less than what Hillary has seemingly done over and over again. Hillary is not being persecuted for her gender but investigated for her actions. Crook and Liar with this foundation and her email record of her improper actions has nothing to do with gender.

From what I've seen and read, it looks like she is on her way to either a disgraceful pardon or a justified prosecution.

Robin writes that she is "scared" and maybe at Time or Berkeley she found a safe space where she does not need to justify or answer for her wacky opinions anymore.

I feel compelled to add that the Dr. has been at Berkeley since 1972 and was recently locked in an exchange where she was criticized for being sexist because she dismissively criticized a younger woman's opinion. Link

Such pseudo-intellectual academic arguments are often just spirals to nowhere. The name calling is pretty high on the list of preferred actions though. Robin will seemingly hurl "sexist" at you or women or whoever doesn't agree with her view about something.

She's a professor of "searching for a reason to be offended."

Her argument is such a stretch that it would be hilarious, if so many other idiots didn't believe it.

She is a wonderful example of what happens when people compete to make themselves "more open minded" than the rest of the population, to the point that their brains fall out.

FWIW, I voted for Trump last Friday. The poll workers said this is the highest turn-out they'd ever seen. This is a conservative area so Trump is going to have a massive vote count.
