Hillary today in Nebraska:

Though she misspoke, she at least told the truth, even if accidental.

If Trump had made that misstatement the media would've haw-haw-hawed for days. But they'll give the hag a pass.

Being a politician is supposed to be a calling to serve citizens. Not a way to make a killing off the citizens.

Indeed.

Hillary Clinton is more of a profiteering schemer that's in it for her own enrichment than the lovechild of Creflo A Dollar and Joel Osteen and Tammy Faye Baker combined could ever be, truly a master of her ill-gotten-booty craft, in all its despicable glory hole glory.

The group receieved both accolades and criticisms for handing out water ballons to throw at the candidate. Big Grin

Wow. The mass media is cheery picking Eastwood's interview to make him look like he is accusing Trump of being a dumb racist.

The MSM is in full gear. Wow.

All the independents that I talk with could careless about this inconsequential media driven diatribe. If that is the best the dimwits can muster, the election is in the bag despite their cherry picked polls.

I love how the newest ball they're running with is that Trump is probably going to drop out because it's too stressful.

It seems like the only ones who buy this bullshit are the hardcore leftists.

So much of this is media driven for the sake of viewership as well. Its a predictable "back and forth" cycle of about 10 days it seems. Its been the same the last few election cycles. They have to turn everything into a death match/epic battle of the century (well in this case maybe it is) to drive the insatiable 24 hour news cycle and keep you at the edge of your seat and tuning in. Dont even start on all the blithering talking heads that need to cash in while the $$$ is ripe for the picking.

You watch...give it another week +/- and something will come out on Hillary again to start the cycle all over...

The ball that should not be lost sight of is the disgust of the Average Joe who pays taxes and just wants to live their lives. Ive never seen it as high in my lifetime.

We were better off when we had three major TV channels, plus PBS.

It wasn't necessarily less biased, but it wasn't a constant IV fast-drip of 'news' drivel, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

National and local news at noon and 6 P.M. One half hour each. With some documentaries and some discussion shows where the people actually had respect for each other and some sense of intelligent argument.

We were better off.

You forgot eating KFC.
It is pretty apparent now that it really does not matter now what he does, the press will manufacture some outrage. The best way to sway voters is to show video of actual events rather than letting people settle for the press narrative. It had several friends start off on the crying baby thing and I simply showed them the video. They all were then convinced it was a joke that the press twisted completely out of context. The press is loosing credibility faster than Hillary

The national press has ZERO credibility, they lost it long, long ago. They are extraordinarily biased, nearly everything they produce is either an outright lie or a distortion created to provide cover for their chosen ones.

Trump has been wading through their bullshit for over a year now, he can handle them for 3 more months.

This needs repeating. All of the media-manufactured "news" means absolutely nothing and will have zero effect on the outcome of the election. None.

Want to know who's going to win? It's really easy if you look at the correct things. Donald Trump has been drawing a minimum of 10K people to each and every rally he has held since the convention. Hillary? The best crowd she's had since the convention was maybe 900. There is NO support for her in the real world. The manufactured "polls", the media cheerleading, the "celebrities" endorsing her.....it all means nothing.

Donald Trump is winning by a landslide in this election. He's winning in Florida, in Pennsylvania, in Ohio, in Colorado, in Wisconsin.....in all the states that are considered to be the ones that will decide the outcome. That's reality. The rest is media-manufactured propaganda. Ignore it.

I have been looking at the recent polls and see that almost all of them are "registered" voters.

Those polls are not taking account that almost half of those registered voters do not vote.

Most likely voters polls are better at predicting the outcome and there are darn few of those.

But, perhaps I am whistling past the graveyard.
No pun intended.

The flip side of that argument is that Trump is supposed to be bringing in a bunch of new voters in the political process. If that's true, he should be doing better in polls of registered voters.

I think the bottom line is that the polls this year is that they either reflect the biases of the polling companies or that they reflect the Bradley effect, where the people being polled don't reveal their true feelings because of pressure to give a politically correct or socially acceptable answer. My bet is that a lot of people will tell pollsters they are not voting for Trump but will then pull the lever for him in November in the privacy of the voting booth.

Polls are like those "real people, not actors" TV commercials.

It's bullshit, and so far from "real" it would be funny if it were not such a sad testament to gullibility.

One would think Charlie Brown would never attempt to kick another football.

But, just like rent, here it comes again.
