Well, if you want proof that the media is sitting on Trump stories until the general you don't have to look far. NBC paid for a documentary on Selina Scott who is some big English TV personality. The documentary is all about how Trump harassed her for 20 years after she turned him down. They wouldn't shell out the money to a British channel for the rights if they didn't intend to run it. Limbaugh does the same thing. One day he's just a entertainer talk show host the next day he is the top adviser to the Republican party. I've listened to Limbaugh for years. He has always preached about how the polls only existed to form peoples opinions nothing else. Not he cites them everyday because they all favor Trump. Trump has positioned himself as the consummate anti establishment guy by simply saying all the anti establishment rhetoric when there is ample evidence to argue he is otherwise and even left leaning. Don't think for a minute we have seen the last of Obama after his presidency. He's not going to disappear on the golf course. He has aspirations and goals he wants to see through. It's already been said he wants to be head of the UN. A great deal of power can be wielded from the UN. Who do you think would be ready to make deals and negotiate and get along with him? The winner may be determined by whose supporters want the candidate so much that even big huge warts don't matter. It may get so bad that the voters go numb to it. It doesn't matter if the "media" (Democrat and GOPe operatives) is sitting on stories about Trump. Nothing they say will hurt him. The impact can be debated another time, but things are obviously being held back, so Cruz is correct. I think saying it won't impact anything is a more acceptable response instead of mocking him and labeling people as being stupid for thinking they are sitting on stories. | |||

You seemed to have missed the point of what I was saying, so let me clarify. I wasn't saying Cruz was correct that it would hurt Trump, but rather he's correct that they are holding things back. The potential impact of things being withheld can be debated another time. | |||
