These types of attacks have always been Trump's style though from the beginning. It's who he is; it's who he's always been.

Rubio on the other hand just looks obvious and pathetic in trying to emulate Trump's style. He doesn't pull it off, and moreover looks desperate and sad in the attempt. I've completely lost all respect for him.

People support Trump despite the fact that he is insulting and rude, not because of it. If it helps him at all, it helps because people see that he is not a PC show horse, that he does not run everything he might say past his managers, focus groups, advisers and consultants before he dares speak it.

I saw video of Rubio insulting Trump and it made me squirm with embarrassment for him and revulsion.

Every time I hear fools chanting support for Rubio I picture this. His recent attacks show he is getting desperate.

Hillary could lose to Trump in Democratic New York

By Fredric U. Dicker

New York Post

Confidential polling data shows Hillary Clinton could lose the presidential election in heavily Democratic New York to Donald Trump as the GOP front-runner’s support grows to the point of being “surprisingly strong,” The Post has learned.

The poll results, from Democratic and Republican legislative races, have surprised many leading Dems, virtually all of whom have endorsed Clinton, while confounding and energizing GOP leaders, many of whom until recently have been opposed to Trump.

“There are some Democrats who think that Hillary can be taken if Trump mounts a strong campaign,’’ one of the state’s most prominent Democrats said.

Most of the polling didn’t address the possibility that former Mayor Michael Bloomberg would run as an independent, but some of it did — and found the former mayor took “significant’’ votes away from Clinton in heavily Democratic New York City and the surrounding suburbs, a source familiar with the data said.

The new polls, a second source said, showed Trump’s support, even without Bloomberg in the race, was “surprisingly strong’’ in Westchester and on Long Island, the key suburbs often viewed as crucial swing bellwethers on how statewide elections will turn out.

The polls found that Clinton often had higher negative ratings with voters than did the more controversial Trump, whose inflammatory pronouncements have often angered and even horrified many of his fellow Republicans.

“In the suburbs and upstate, Trump has a net positive while Hillary is a net negative,” one longtime Republican operative contended. “She’s more of a liability than many Democrats realized.”

Some of the polls also found a greater degree of intensity among Trump’s potential voters than among Clinton’s, a finding that mirrors the stronger GOP turnouts that have been registered in the presidential primaries.

A publicly disclosed Siena College poll of Long Island voters last week found Trump narrowly beating Clinton among Long Island voters, 41 percent to 38 percent, while he was crushing his two nearest GOP primary opponents, Marco Rubio and John Kasich, by 37 percentage points each.

Trump rally rocked by protesters ahead of Virginia primary

http://www.washingtonexaminer....mary/article/2584520

RADFORD, Va. — Donald Trump's rally descended into chaos Monday with nearly a half-dozen interruptions from protesters and a violent confrontation between a member of the press and security.

Just after Trump had joked about a moment when Democratic presidential hopeful Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., was interrupted by two female Black Lives Matter protesters at a campaign rally of his, the billionaire was forced to pause his remarks while dozens of African-American students stood up and began heckling him.

While they were being escorted out of the event by security personnel, a photographer trying to capture the moment on camera was slammed to the ground by a security officer.

The photographer was trying to get a good angle to cover the protesters without leaving the press pen and the Secret Service agent kept asking him to back up. The photographer replied, "F--k you." The agent then choked him and tossed him to the ground, after which the photographer started kicking.

The photographer was Chris Morris from Time magazine. He was credentialed to cover the event.

"Right smack in the middle of my punchline did they do that," Trump said of the protesters. "I wanted to give the rest but I couldn't."

The bombastic billionaire also tried to quell the chaos by telling the crowded gymnasium that "all lives matter."

"Are we having a good time?" he asked the audience.

Really? Whats the point in posting this piss poor written hit piece by an established anti Trump rag?

Although I did like the reporter being slammed after telling the SS guy to F off.

You got to do better than this with your nashing of truth and flailing around if you want to take Trump out. I am just mystified how absolutely silly some are getting.

Trump leads by 30%+ in latest CNN national poll.

Ted Cruz has 15%. Does that mean that 85% of Republicans do not want Ted Cruz?

http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/29/...day-looms/index.html

Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are poised to lead the nation's two major parties in this fall's presidential election, with a new nationwide CNN/ORC poll finding each well ahead of their closest competitors just as the race expands to a national stage.

Trump has expanded his lead over the diminished field to capture the support of nearly half of Republican voters, while Clinton tops Sanders by nearly 20 points.

On the Republican side, the new survey finds Trump's lead is dominant, and his support tops that of his four remaining opponents combined. The businessman tops his nearest competitor by more than 30 points: 49% back Trump, 16% Marco Rubio, 15% Ted Cruz, 10% Ben Carson and 6% John Kasich.

Trump's supporters are incredibly enthusiastic about the coming election, and largely committed in their support for him. Nearly 8 in 10 say that they are more enthusiastic about voting this year than in previous elections, among Republicans who are not supporting Trump, just 39% say they are more enthusiastic than in years past. Likewise, 78% of Trump's backers say they will definitely support him vs. 22% who say they could still change their minds. Among those backing other candidates, 57% say they are committed to their chosen candidate.

The survey asked those Republicans not currently backing Trump whether they would support him if he became the party's nominee, and just a quarter of Republicans overall say they probably or definitely wouldn't support him in November. That's about the same as the share saying they wouldn't back Rubio or Cruz.

Trump is widely viewed as the candidate in the field who would be most effective at solving the country's problems, 51% vs. 17% for Cruz, 13% for Rubio and 10% for Carson, and as being best able to handle the responsibilities of being commander-in-chief, 48% say so, compared with 17% for Cruz and 15% for Rubio. The billionaire is also seen as the one who best understands the problems facing people like you, 46% Trump vs. 18% Cruz and 15% Rubio.

As accusations of dishonesty have flown between Trump, Cruz and Rubio, voters say they are more apt to see Trump as honest and trustworthy. Asked who of the five candidates is most honest and trustworthy, 35% name Trump, 22% Carson -- who has largely stayed out of the mudslinging - 14% Cruz and 13% Rubio.

On the Democratic side, Hillary Clinton tops Bernie Sanders 55% to 38% in the new poll, a slightly wider margin than she held in late January before any primaries or caucuses were held.

There are sharper demographic splits among the Democratic electorate than on the Republican side. Men, younger voters, independents and liberals are all about evenly split between Clinton and Sanders, while Clinton's lead rests on large advantages among women, older voters, Democrats and moderates.

Democrats are more apt than Republicans to say they would support either of the remaining top candidates should they become the nominee. Just 15% each say they wouldn't back Clinton or Sanders.

Clinton tops Sanders handily as the candidate who would be more effective at solving the country's problems and can better handle the responsibilities of being commander-in-chief, but Sanders fares better than Clinton on honesty, 59% say he is more honest and trustworthy vs. 36% who say Clinton is. Overall, voters are split on whether Clinton or Sanders better understands the problems facing people like you, 49% say Clinton, 48% Sanders.

The CNN/ORC Poll was conducted by telephone February 24-27 among a random national sample of 1,001 adults. Results for the 418 registered voters who are Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents have a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 5 percentage points. It is the same for results among the 427 Republican and Republican-leaning voters.

And it was a U.S. Secret Service agent, not "Trump security personnel" like the MSM is portraying this as. I read in another article that the idiot journalist had his feet planted in the designated press area, but leaning his body out of the pen. The agent asked him to back off, yet the asshole from Time tells him to "Fuck off". From this photo from Breitbart, one can clearly see that asshole has a choke on the agent before he is taken down.

The spin from MSM is from out of this world; cherry picking details, stretching the facts to bend into lies, all to get Trump. The whole KKK thing is just flabbergasting. So now the MSM narrative is that Trump is a KKK member who likes David Duke, and has brown shirt thugs beating up innocent media members and blacks. Unbelievable.

I'm still in shock that somehow the public has been duped into thinking that a pro-abortion, anti-gun, pro-single payer healthcare advocate is the answer to the betrayal most conservatives feel from the GOP.

Truly, we are a country of idiots, and unfortunately when those who vote for him get what they deserve, some of us will end up being collateral damage.

There's been some "duping" alright, but I think you'll need to look in the mirror to find the victim.

That is, until the following week, where all bets are off.

Trump isn't anti-anything, and the only thing he's pro is Trump. If there's anyone who is less of an ideologue than Trump, I can't think of who.

Trump, being the master salesman that is (and that IS his primary talent), has figured out what his customer base wants, and it selling it to them. If he actually does get elected, he figure out what he'll do in office once he gets there.
