I've had clients concocted better bullshit stories than this! More believable, too.

Is this what intelligence analysts do all day?

They should work for Walt Disney.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

If that 4Chan story is true, and the CIA put a completely fabricated bizarre Russian/sex report in Trump's file, this is one of the biggest intelligence failures of modern times.

It makes CIA/NSA/FBI look like complete morons.

Clapper and Rogers (NSA) should be dragged back before congress and let Cruz and Gowdy tear them apart.

This is really beyond belief.

The biggest morons, or the biggest stooges.

It's not cool to say "I'm shocked." But I'm shocked.

We were looking, during Obama's eight years, at the complete takeover of every single part of the enormous governmental apparatus. A totalitarian takeover that would have been, probably by the end of Hillary's first term, unstoppable and beyond resistance. The IRS, BATF, FBI, CIA, NSA-- you name it-- Obama and his totalitarians corrupted and turned into a strong arm of their regime.

We didn't dodge a bullet with the election of Donald Trump, we dodged an H-bomb.

McCain admits that it was he who turned over the dossier of smears to the FBI. This included "reports" of Trump engaging in golden showers with Russian hookers, or some such trash.

I saw this yesterday but it was so crazy I didn't post.

Here is a link to the 35 page document that is now said to completely FAKE.

https://assets.documentcloud.o...ence-Allegations.pdf

The question to be verified now is did the CIA fall for this ?

Remember that smug self assured, know it all, attitude of Clapper in the Senate hearing ? and the NSA head with their "high confidence" in their intel info ?

Jake Tapper has already debunked the BuzzFeed article where they post the supposed 'memo':

https://twitter.com/jaketapper...s/819187673961287681

And we're supposed to be believe these morons that Russia was "definitely" behind an attempt to influence our election? Well, let's just say that my confidence in their assessment is not that great.

Sworn Donald Trump enemy John McCain admitted Wednesday that he passed the dossier of claims of a Russian blackmail plot against the president-elect.

The Arizona senator issued a public statement amid mounting questions of his exact role in the affair - and how a document riddled with errors and unverifiable claims came to be published.

'Late last year, I received sensitive information that has since been made public,' he said.

'Upon examination of the contents, and unable to make a judgment about their accuracy, I delivered the information to the Director of the FBI.

'That has been the extent of my contact with the FBI or any other government agency regarding this issue.'

But the 2008 Republican loser, who disowned his party's candidate weeks before the election, may have been far more intimately involved than that.

I obtained healthcare like many others through employment. If the 40% want healthcare then they can get off their asses and get a fucking job.

Agree with everything there except the get a job part. For the last 13 years I have been self-employed and buying health insurance for myself and my family. During the time it was never cheap and getting more expensive, but the rate of change has really picked up since Odipshitcare became law. It is astoundingly how much more I pay now for how manifestly lousier coverage. I still am not going to "get a job" thank you.

This has huge implications, not the least of which is the senate hearing today for the confirmation of Rex Tillerson as Sec State.

DEMs have been hammering him as having too friendly "Russian" connections.

Our next AG may have a lot of work to do to clean things up. As well as our next DNI.

I read something like this and it makes me think of a comic book.

Sworn enemies.
All that is needed are some masterminds, and secret lairs.
Hoo boy. It's really coming across as a poorly written novel.

I am surprised by Rubio's questioning and attitude.
They keep wanting to corner him on questions where he has insufficient knowledge or clearance and he gracefully answers but they don not like the answer.
I imagine they are looking for those "gotcha" answers ~ just not happening.
I like Tillerson so far.

I wonder if they walked to work.

Sounds like the Trump team went above and beyond to lay to rest any conflict of interest concerns?
