This thing got out quickly.

It appears Trump does have some savvy staff because of what is called in politics, your Rapid Response Team.

I will not vote for Jeb Bush, I don't care if the Democrats run a revived Joseph Stalin. Fuck him, Karl Rove, and all the establishment Republican traitors.

Trump to host Saturday Night Live...

http://www.al.com/entertainmen...ml#incart_river_home

Donald Trump will host "Saturday Night Live" on Nov. 7, according to NBC.

The GOP presidential frontrunner previously hosted the 16th episode of the show's 29th season on April 3, 2004.

The episode's musical guest will be the artist Sia, who will Make her second appearance on the show.

The show, now in its 41st season, has parodied Trump for years, most notably with Darrell Hammond playing the real estate mogul. Taran Killam currently plays Trump.

How do you think Trump will do as host? We're guessing it's going to be huge.

Trump also recently appeared on "The Tonight Show" where he and host Jimmy Fallon performed a sketch featuring Trump staring at himself in the mirror.

Son Eric has been making appearances on FNC. He comes across as a nice guy. He said something that struck me, that you don't see the Trump children in the tabloids doing stupid things because he (Donald) kept them too busy working.

That's a good point I never thought about. If he had a bunch of Kardashians or Nicole Ritchie for kids the media would hang that albatross around his neck big time.
But of course they won't give him any credit for raising positive contributors to society either. Roll Eyes

I have never heard of this actor, nor do I care, but his situation shows the real side of liberal thought. Anthony Mackie, an actor in a Captain America movie, basically endorsed Trump on the Black Entertainment network. The backlash against him in Hollywood was vicious; through social media, he was crucified. One post from an editor of New York Magazine- “Anthony Mackie always looks like he’d love to get called a ni—er in a Quentin Tarantino movie.” Others called him a "house nigger" because of his support of Trump. Now the guy has backtracked, and said his endorsement was a "joke". Pathetic.

Looks like Ford is not moving that $2B plant to Mexico after all. Trump is t even President yet and look what he was able to do. Depending on what news feed you read, Trump did or did not have anything to do with it.

Jeb Bush MELTDOWN, throws fit, says “Elect Trump”!

Jeb Bush let his agitation show on the campaign trail today when he complained about gridlock and partisanship in South Carolina.

Bush attended a presidential town hall held by Senator Tim Scott, and they were even joined on stage by none other than South Carolina congressman and Benghazi Select Committee chairman Trey Gowdy.

At one point, when he was lamenting the state of partisan politics, Bush said, “If this election is about how we’re going to fight to get nothing done, then I don’t want any part of it.”

He said he would not want to become president just so the gridlock continues.

And that’s when Bush really got agitated:

“I’ve got a lot of really cool things I could do other than sit around, being miserable, listening to people demonize me and me feeling compelled to demonize them. That is a joke. Elect Trump if you want that.”

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

With the same certainty that Obama would not be re-elected in 2012.

I'd say that with an informed electorate, & a fair & representative nomination & election system, ¡Yeb! would never be President. But that is not in any way what we have.

I'm waiting for the race to lose a few candidates, then ¡Yeb! & his cronies will make their move. Dumping hundreds of millions of dollars in the race, & no doubt some sketchy, deceitful propaganda, promulgated by the media (& Faux news in particular).

We are a long way from seeing the end of ¡Yeb! Aye carramba!

I voted for both prior Bushs, and though neither are truly fiscally conservative and I definitely disagree with some of their policies and decisions, I know they are generally good men who love this country. I've no doubt the same is true of Jeb.

but short of being able to prove it at the moment I'm certain I (a tall, lean, honkey) will spontaneously turn into Shaft in a Superman costume before this country elects another Bush to the Whitehouse, and IME almost no one beyond some die hard Republicans think it's even possible in anything other than a technical/academic sense.

polls schmolls - Jeb cannot win a national election against the devil herself, or Hillary, or Bernie, or anyone else. short of forfeiting the race entirely, there is no quicker and sure route to elect another Democrat than to nominate another Bush. this is my biggest election fear, without a doubt.

everything I've seen leads me to believe that in order to even have a real chance we must first not nominate Bush, and second must nominate an outsider (Trump, Carson, or Fiorina, and I don't think Carly can win - nor do I think she's ready, and Carson is even longer odds than Trump - and isn't as qualified...)

we're in for an extremely tough, uphill, battle, IMO, to beat any Democrat.

I hope I'm wrong, but see no unbiased or remotely widespread evidence to the contrary.

Can someone explain to me the widespread appeal of Carson, beyond the "outsider candidate" lure? He seems like a perfectly nice gentleman with views that I suspect echo (at least in large part) most of us here, including me, though some here have (rightly, I believe) commented on his lack of fire and strength of personality, to the degree that some can envision him being chewed up and spit out by the political machinery in pretty quick order.

But I'm not referring to any of that.

What I can't get my mind around is why some here -- and an increasing number of voters, if the polls are to be believed -- believe a physician who lacks any business, management, and bureaucratic experience, save for that perhaps garnered in some insular hospital environment (and perhaps not even that...for all I know, his experience may be strictly limited to practicing medicine only), is in any way suited to be president of the United States. Regardless of how much one might agree with Carson's views, the thought of someone who has never been in any type of complex, critical management position (i.e corporate (Trump), military, or political (governor)) taking on presidential duties at this chaotic time in world history is worrisome to me, and I'm frankly puzzled that a quarter of Republican voters don't see it that same way. I'd like to understand why.

Yes he is liked but do not believe the polls. They are doing everything in their power to stop Trump. The go with the chic failed so now its push the black guy. They want to kill Trump then they will just toss the chic/ black man for one of the anointed ones.

That's my 2 cents.
