Dan Crenshaw was fantastic. I’ve never seen Maher shut down so bad.

Maher didn't have his audience with him that time to back him up.

When it's one on one--conservative argument vs. leftist, anti-Trump argument--the conservative argument wins every time.

So... Joe is the candidate. I want to see his daily Coronavirus briefings. Step up. Show America what they’d be signing up for.

Just a generalized comment regarding the comments a few pages back regarding changing election laws, etc.

I predict we will see election fraud on this year on a scale that we never could have imagined.

After the Dems antics in 2016, and Hillary's blatant disregard of campaign finance laws (with absoutely NO consequence), I believe the Dems will approach this election as Muslim terrorists would. Dozens, if not hundreds of coordinated "attacks" across the county. If one cell fails, or is caught, the others pick up the slack.

Either you are with us, or you are with the terrorists." -- George W. Bush

And almost every democrat I have ever met could not care less how an election is won. Cheating is no big deal.

That’s why in-person voting is a MUST.

Agreed, but it would be an even better start if we could get everyone on our side to actually get up off their lazy asses and vote period. If we managed that in a single election, it wouldn't matter how much cheating the left did.

If I can vote in Maryland - where it arguably counts about as much as voting in Venezuela - there's no excuse for anyone else.

Only just under 500 bucks, eh? Well that's not too bad. I was expecting another few hundred billion dollar monstrosity.

FIFY.

I'm terribly undecided where I stand on this. The government is obviously printing money it doesn't have. I realize there has to be something done, but I fear what the long-term effects are going to be? Inflation, depression, worse?

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

related to Balze post above

Six U.S. Navy warships were conducting drills with US Army Apache attack helicopters in international waters off Iran last Wednesday when they were repeatedly harassed by 11 Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Navy vessels, the U.S. Navy’s 5th Fleet reported.

The Iranian ships repeatedly crossed in front and behind the U.S. vessels at extremely close range and high speeds, including multiple crossings of one ship, the Puller, with a 50-yard closest point of approach and within 10 yards of another ship, the Maui's, bow, a 5th Fleet statement said. The Navy also reported that the USS Paul Hamilton, USS Firebolt, USS Sirocco and USCGC Wrangell, as well as the Puller and Maui, were involved in the exercises.

The U.S. crews responded by issuing multiple warnings via radio—including five short blasts from the ships’ horns and long-grange acoustic noise maker devices, but received no response from the IRGCN, the Navy’s 5th Fleet said in a statement.

After approximately an hour, the Iranian vessels responded to the radio queries, before maneuvering away from the U.S. ships and increasing the distance between them, according to the Navy.
