Ugh!
The Court will not hear the Texas case. Denied on standing.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
-- Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Just In: SCOTUS rejects the Texas Case. Gutless, what else would you expect? What's next: Georgia elects these two communists to the Senate? We are on the fast-track to civil war, when the electorate is disregarded.

Our country is controlled by the Swamp more than we know. They got to hundreds of people across the country who are supposed to be GOP. It shouldn't shock anyone they could get to a few on SCOTUS.

They didn't want to hear the case because if they did there would have been so much information in public light they couldn't hide it. Rejecting it gives them the cover of saying there wasn't anything there.

ORDER IN PENDING CASE
155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL.
The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of
complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of
the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially
cognizable interest in the manner in which another State
conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed
as moot.
Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins:
In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a
bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original
jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___
(Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore
grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not
grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.
CERTIORARI GRANTED
20-222 GOLDMAN SACHS GROUP, ET AL. V. AR TEACHER RETIREMENT, ET AL.
The petition for a writ of certiorari is granted

The SC is no longer relevant.

If there was no standing in this case, then no one will have standing.

I believe the legal routes are now closed and our options are running out.

I see only one way to resolve this at this point as I will not live in an America run by unelected autocrats and dictators.

I pray for our country and all of you.

Hope the "conservatives" on the SC that said no to this remember this day while the left is packing the hell out of the court.

They own it now.

So what now?

Will Electors stand against a clearly fraudulent election, will they vote to usher in Socialism in secrecy, or will they stand by their vote and let the public know who voted to end Our Republic?

The only right answer would be for the Electors to grow some balls and Vote to Keep Our Republic.

At this point, I'm okay with a declaration of martial law or secession. The Republic is dead. No point in pretending otherwise.

Thank you President Trump.

Just confirms, what we all knew. Wholly, totally corrupt from top-to-bottom, inside-out. Most of them owned by Red China. America will never except the 'career criminal' Biden as the Executive. The left will eagerly expose Joe; so that the communist Harris, will be President. Believe it! Trump was our last, best hope. Our fate is now in our own hands.

Im guessing they are wanting to save their own skin, their families or both. Deep State likely forced them to stand down... they were in my opinion never going to do the right thing, none have integrity, honor or courage to do what they were seated to do thus forcing others to do what must be done. In the end they will still be part of what’s to come...

No... they won't.
The State legislatures are where this should be rectified, but they won't either.

It was a narrow decision that essentially says that Texas and other states don't have standing to argue against how other states conduct their own elections. The Supreme Court request was flawed to begin with and the outcome not unexpected.

Those individual states or citizens in them have better standing than no standing at all, like Texas.

I know what these suits are trying to accomplish and I firmly believe the Biden results are astonishing but so far, I have yet to see evidence and not just statistical average type of evidence, of fraud. I see where fraud could happen but so far, other than innuendo, possibilities or dislike of the Trump by many in those states, there's no piece of fraud that you can touch, examine or look at.

There's no smoking gun and fraud of this scale in many states, would have to be coordinated, communicated and put into play and there are no found breadcrumbs or trails of evidence.

If it was a concert of bad players but there's no list of bad players or even evidence of a plan.

Go on the news, put out some solid and irrefutable evidence, name names and publicly state your case and the president will get traction.

I think the Biden win is suspect but suspicions aren't enough.
