The link has a photo of the perp. So far, no "hate crime" charges. https://www.jacksonville.com/n...of-republican-voters Jacksonville man arrested, accused of crashing van into tent of Republican voters By Teresa Stepzinski Posted at 10:42 AM A Jacksonville man faces multiple charges after police say he deliberately crashed a van into a Duval County GOP voter registration tent Saturday afternoon. Smirking at news media reporters but saying nothing to the judge, a Jacksonville man accused of deliberately crashing his van into a tent of Republican volunteers registering voters was ordered jailed in lieu of more than a half-million dollars bail Sunday. Gregory William Loel Timm, 27, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a person 65 years old or older and single counts each of criminal mischief and driving with a license suspended. Timm is accused of ramming his van through a Duval County GOP tent sending volunteers scrambling for their lives Saturday afternoon in the parking lot of the Walmart Supercenter, 11900 Atlantic Blvd., at Kernan Village shopping center in Sandalwood. None of the half-dozen volunteers were injured, but the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office described them as extremely shaken up. The incident focused national attention on Jacksonville as President Donald Trump and other prominent Republican elected officials condemned it on Twitter as a partisan political attack targeting his supporters. There is no listing for Timm as being a registered voter in Florida, state online records showed Sunday. Jacksonville police arrested him without incident at his home in the 2000 block of Brighton Bay Trail — just over one mile away from the crash site, and about 4-1/2 hours after it happened, a Sheriff’s Office arrest and booking report showed. Police went to the home after receiving a citizen’s tip. Timm agreed to come out and talk to them about the incident. Officers said they read him his constitutional rights to remain silent and have a lawyer present, then arrested him, according to the report. Timm told police he worked as a stage hand, and was affiliated with the Jacksonville branch of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees in Jacksonville, the report showed. Sunday afternoon, Timm appeared at a probable cause and bond hearing Sunday afternoon at the Duval County jail. His strawberry blond hair disheveled, Timm shuffled into the courtroom wearing handcuffs and leg shackles as well as a dark green jail uniform. Timm smirked then nodded in an apparent greeting at news media reporters and cameras in the back of the courtroom before taking his seat. When his case was called, Timm stood silently before Circuit Judge Mark Borello, who reviewed the charges and bail recommendations on each of the four counts. Borello ruled there was probable cause to detain Timm. He then set bail at $250,000 on each of the aggravated assault charges, $5,003 on the criminal mischief count and $2,503 on the suspended license count. Earlier, the judge noted that Timm, by his own admission, didn’t qualify for a public defender. It was unclear Sunday whether Timm had hired a private attorney. Borello set Timm’s next court date for March 3. Timm, who was booked into the Duval County jail at 10:48 p.m. Saturday, has lived in Jacksonville for about two years. His birthplace was listed as Des Moines, Iowa, the arrest and booking report showed. The Sheriff’s Office continued investigating the motive, which remained unknown Sunday. Lt. Larry Gayle said at the scene Saturday that detectives are looking at the possibility the incident was politically motivated. The Duval County GOP victims told police they were at the tent when an older model brown van began driving slowly toward them. Two of the victims approached the van, the police report stated. The driver — later identified as Timm — suddenly accelerated sending the van crashing through the tent as the volunteers jumped out of the way, Gayle said. Timm then stopped, got out of the van and took a video of the destroyed tent before he “flipped off” the victims and drove away,, according to Gayle. One of the victims was able to give police cell phone photographs of the fleeing van. It was unknown as of Sunday whether the video had been posted on social media or the Internet. “Anybody who interrupts a political process in this country needs to be taken very seriously,” said Gayle, noting the Sheriff’s Office was taking the incident very seriously.. Trump as well as other prominent Republicans immediately condemned the incident as partisan violence. The president tweeted at 7:55 p.m. Saturday: “Law Enforcement has been notified. Be careful tough guys who you play with!” Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry was among the first local Republican elected officials to denounce the incident. “I just spoke to the local GOP chair. This is outrageous. The hate is toxic and dangerous. Thankfully no one was injured but certainly they are shaken after being targeted because they were registering voters. I’ve spoken to the Sheriff and of course his team is on top of this,” Curry said Saturday on Twitter. The Duval County Democratic Party also condemned it. “The @DuvalDEC condemns this cowardly act of violence. No one’s life should be placed in danger for exercising their first amendment rights,” the party said in the first of three posts on its Twitter account. “As Democrats but more importantly residents of this great city of Jacksonville, we call on our fellow citizens to act with dignity, civility and respect for one another during this election cycle and beyond,” the second tweet said. The Democrats finished by tweeting: “We look forward to @JSOPIO’s arrest of the perpetrator.” Earlier Saturday, Duval GOP Chairman Dean Black tweeted: “The Republican Party of Duval County will not be intimidated by these cowards and we will not be silenced. I call on every Republican in our great city to stand up, get involved and show these radicals that we will not be intimidated from exercising our Constitutional rights.” Florida U.S. senators Rick Scott and Marco Rubio, both Republicans, also tweeted similar condemnation. “This appears to be a politically-motivated attack on hard-working volunteers in Duval County. Thankful that no one was hurt. @DuvalGOP will not be silenced or intimidated. They will redouble their efforts to support strong Republicans in NE Florida and around the state!” tweeted Scott, former Florida governor. Much remained unknown Sunday about Timm. Mark Levin had Randy Barnett, conservative constitutional scholar par excellence, on his show tonight for a post-mortem of the shampeachment. I had heard of but not heard Barnett prior to this. The entire interview was outstanding for Barnett's deep knowledge of constitutional law, his deep criticism of the lack of due process of law in the House, as well as the entire Progressive agenda of undermining the careful balances set up by the Founders in the Constitution. Here's a link to the Fox News website of the interview. _________________________ “Remember, remember the fifth of November!"

Due to their former NSC positions they should have any clearances revoked immediately and dishonorably discharged.. Just how much and what type other information did these two asses leak and to whom? The Army should come down on them hard for their actions, having participated in what amounts to an attempted coup.

it is not just DEMs who are worried about Sanders being the DEM candidate. Bill Kristol is too https://hotair.com/archives/ja...nders-new-hampshire/ GOP-leaning independent voters in New Hampshire are receiving phone calls and texts from anti-Trump Republicans urging them to cross the aisle and vote in the Democratic primary on Tuesday, NHJournal has learned. The message is for these unaffiliated voters, who can vote in either party’s primary, to vote for a “responsible and electable” Democratic alternative to Donald Trump. National #NeverTrump leader Bill Kristol, founder of the conservative Weekly Standard magazine, confirmed to NHJournal that he is part of the effort, which involves tens of thousands of New Hampshire voter contacts and a six-figure budget. “Yup. I’m happy to have joined with some others to help remind New Hampshire independents, who might be accustomed to voting in the Republican primary, that this year, they may be able to make more of a difference by voting for a responsible and electable candidate in the Democratic primary,” Kristol said. Being opposed to Trump is one thing, but cheering for four years of Democratic control of the White House is another. They’re trying to draw a distinction between Sanders or Warren and the rest of the field, but that’s deceptive there are no moderates in the Democrats’ nomination battle. Every one of them is well to the left of Barack Obama They all want to undo the tax cuts, offer amnesty to illegal aliens, legalize infanticide and destroy the private health insurance industry. And each of them would arrive at the White House with a list of the most liberal judges possible, ready to undo all of the progress that Trump made in terms of judicial appointments. Just keep that in mind when you’re being preached to by your NeverTrump betters. Some of them are not just “against Trump.” (To quote a famous edition of National Review from a few years back.) They’re actively working to help put a socialist in the Oval Office and undo everything that’s been accomplished in the conservative cause over the past three years.

I'm putting this here, but if the mods feel it's better off in The Lair, please move it. Last night at the Oscar's, Julia Reichert, a film-maker for a Barack Obama-produced documentary, quoted The Communist Manifesto and Karl Marx's rally cry, "Workers of the world, unite!" They don't even try to hide it anymore. https://www.breitbart.com/ente...-of-the-world-unite/ You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless. NRA Benefactor/Patriot Member

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...resistance-official/ The anonymous member of the Trump administration who penned a scathing anti-Trump op-ed in the New York Times, asserted his or her position as a member of the “resistance,” and went on to write a tell-all book has been pinpointed by the administration and will be removed, former U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova claimed on Monday. DiGenova, who is not a Trump administration official, claims that a senior government official informed him that the Trump administration has identified the senior official behind the infamous “resistance” op-ed, which was published in the Times in 2018. “Remember that article in the New York Times by ‘Anonymous,’ which was written allegedly by someone inside the administration? I am told that soon there will be someone else leaving the White House who wrote that article,” he told WMAL’s Mornings on the Mall host Vince Coglianese on Monday. “Apparently, they have identified ‘Anonymous,’ and we were told that — Victoria and I were at a dinner with a senior government official last week — and were told that by this person. They have, in fact, identified ‘Anonymous.’” DiGenova would not say if the official was part of the National Security Council (NSC), telling Coglianese, “I don’t want to give out too much information and reveal the source of the information.” “But the bottom line is that somebody, according to this senior government official, somebody in the White House The White House has yet to comment on the matter. “I work for the president but like-minded colleagues and I have vowed to thwart parts of his agenda and his worst inclinations,” the author wrote at the time, declaring that President Trump “continues to act in a manner that is detrimental to the health of our republic.” “Many Trump appointees have vowed to do what we can to preserve our democratic institutions while thwarting Mr. Trump’s more misguided impulses until he is out of office,” said the author. The anonymous official made waves again last year after penning a tell-all book, A Warning, released November 2019. “It’s an honor and a privilege to publish this book. This is serious stuff and this is a serious warning about our President,” Twelve publisher Sean Desmond told CNN at the time.

https://www.breitbart.com/poli...mp-firing-nsc-staff/ Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) on Monday called on the nation’s 74 federal inspectors general (IGs) to protect whistleblowers from retaliation as President Donald Trump began purging Obama-era holdovers and other officials from his National Security Council (NSC). IGs are internal government watchdogs who are expected to operate independently of political leadership in government. Schumer’s call on Monday came in the wake of Trump’s decision last Friday to remove and reassign Lt. Col. Alex Vindman, a Ukraine expert on the NSC who testified in the House Democrats’ partisan impeachment probe. Last Friday, Trump also fired the NSC staffer’s twin brother — Lt. Col. Yevgeny Vindman — who served as the a senior lawyer and ethics official for the NSC. In a statement issued Monday, Senate Democrats noted that Schumer, following Trump’s dismissal of the Vindman twins from the the NSC, “sent letters to the Department of Defense Acting Inspector General Glenn Fine and all other federal inspectors general calling on each to take immediate steps to ensure all federal employees who blow the whistle on presidential misconduct are protected from retaliation.” Schumer wrote in the letter sent to Department of Defense (DOD) IG Glenn Fine on Monday: Not only is retaliation LTC [Alex] Vindman, the anonymous whistleblower [who triggered the impeachment proceedings, and others like them shameful, it is also illegal. … All federal employees have the legal right to make protected disclosures to Congress and Inspectors General anonymously and free from reprisals. Schumer went on to claim that the Trump administration is challenging whistleblower rights “like never before.” Some news reports have accused the Obama administration of waging an unprecedented war on whistleblowers. Schumer urged the IGs “to investigate any and all instances of retaliation against whistleblowers who make protected disclosures regarding presidential misconduct.” On Monday, the same day that Schumer sent out the letters, a Washington Examiner editorial revealed that Trump is doubling down on White House staff dismissals. The removals are much bigger than just the Vindman twins, the Examiner noted, adding: President Trump is making good on his promises to “drain the swamp” and cut Obama-era holdovers from his staffs, especially the critical and recently controversial National Security Council. Officials confirmed that Trump and national security adviser Robert O’Brien have cut 70 positions inherited from former President Barack Obama, who had fattened the staff to 200. Many were loaners from other agencies and have been sent back. Others left government work. In the letter the DOD IG, Schumer accused Trump of “viciously” attacking Alex Vindman after the lieutenant colonel “bravely” stepped forward to “tell the truth” during the Democrat-controlled House’s recent impeachment inquiry. Some news outlets have asserted that the so-called “whistleblower” who triggered the impeachment against Trump is a partisan CIA officer. The leaker likely broke the law by allegedly sharing his complaint with House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff’s (R-CA) office before the intelligence community’s IG.

https://www.breitbart.com/2020...w-hampshire-rally-2/ President Donald Trump will hold a rally in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Monday evening ( tonight ), a day before Democrats vote in the Granite State’s first-in-the-nation primary Referring to Pelosi, Trump says somebody was “mumbling” behind him during last week’s State of the Union address. He says it was “very distracting” while the crowd chants “Lock her up.” Trump says “there was a little anger back there.” Trump says he is hearing that a lot of Republicans in New Hampshire will vote for the weakest Democrat. Trump says he is trying to figure out who is the weakest because they are all weak Trump says Republicans have so much more enthusiasm than Democrats because Democrats “can’t even count their votes” and are “fighting all over the place” and “don’t know what they’re doing.” Trump again touts the record-low unemployment rates for African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Asian-Americans. He claims the “other side is getting nervous” because his poll numbers are going up “like a rocket ship” with all of these communities. Trump says Democrats have betrayed African-Americans for “decades” but his administration is delivering for African-Americans. He says the GOP is the party of “equal opportunity for all Americans.” Trump says he is reversing “calamitous” trade deals and mentions that so many factories in New Hampshire were “shuttered” because politicians sacrificed blue-collar jobs on the “altar of globalism.” “We can forget about globalism,” Trump says. “We want to take care of our country.” Trump says Democrats can rebuild America’s cities with all the money they want to spend on illegal immigrants. He says he wants closed borders and people to come in through “merit” and “legally.”
