I am staying at a friends place with cable and switching between CNN and Fox News is like watching two different events. And of course, CNN has Mad Dog on giving his opinion. The poor guy has lost his mind.

I was a fan, but he had me start doubting him when he advised that we stay in the Iran Nuke Deal, and tolerating tranny's in the military. It seems he was part of the establishment. A tough talker, but his decisions didn't align with his reputation.

Before he served in Trump's cabinet, he was on the board of directors at General Dynamics. After resigning as Sec of Def, the G.D. board elected him back.

Concerning Mattis: Like other generals (Petraeus, Clark, etc.) he had good public affairs officers and willing dupes in the press corps to shape his image and provide a "hero" to a public that knows very little about their nation's military.

A better picture of the man can be found by studying his involvement with Elizabeth Holmes and her Theranos corporation, not just during his time on the BoD, but prior to that when he was CENTCOM Commander.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) asserted Thursday that former Secretary of Defense James Mattis calling President Donald Trump a threat to the U.S. Constitution was “true, honest, necessary, and overdue.”

Murkowski, one of the Senate’s most left-leaning Republicans, made the comment while speaking to reporters on Capitol Hill. Asked whether she supports President Trump, the lawmaker replied,” “I am struggling with it [ and] I have struggled with it for a long time.

She’s not a left leaning Republican no more than McCain was. She’s a outright democrat just like he was. The Republicans were never smart enough over the years to figure out the same strategy of planting you’re parties people in the opposition. Or should I say they never wanted to.

I don't think you've studied his actions while he was CENTCOM commander at all: The influence he tried to exert, despite some pretty good advice from medical officers, should have precluded him from ever being considered for SECDEF.

So which one of you is going to run for the Senate in Alaska in two years? You already have President Trump's endorsement. Big Grin

a reminder from CTH:

Tea Party candidate Joe Miller was backed by Sarah Palin when he stunningly defeated Lisa Murkowski during the republican primary in 2010.

However, Murkowski would not accept the primary defeat and the entitlement-minded incumbent ran as a write-in candidate, and enlisted the assistance of democrats in Alaska to retain her seat in the general election.

New Trump Ad:

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

I too noticed that Drudge did not put up his trademark sirens and big headline for this, what a putz. Roll Eyes

quote:

The Art of the American Comeback

May saw America add more jobs than ever before with a net gain of 2.5 million jobs -- or more than 10 times what a good month gets you.

This happens when you elect the author of "The Art of the Comeback" as president.

The news was so good that Matt Drudge skipped his monthly banner link to the unemployment story, and buried it in a pile of bad news about the latest Acme Crisis manufactured by the Democrats. The pandemic panic failed to work. Its goal was to destroy the American economy.

But that failed just as the impeachment, the Mueller Report, and the 20 other things Democrats tried that have failed.

Drudge is like the National Enquirer now. Doom, gloom and animal sex. Next he'll post about Vampire Boy Escaping.

Remember when observing anything about President Trump- Publicly when people comment on Trump they toe the anti-Trump line to avoid being assaulted by the lunatics. Privately they will support him. This was explained and observed in the Open Caucus' during the election.

Yes, "Drudge" turned anti-Trump long ago, after Drudge sold his baby.

The democrats say voting fraud will not occur with mail in ballots. AZ has had a mail in ballot option for years. The Maricopa County Recorders Office (in Phoenix) has seen scandals regarding voting procedures in recent years.

Voting fraud obviously has been occurring. This guy is the son of a liberal AZ Representative. His residence is NY but he's been voting in CA and AZ.
