If we’re going to worry about what’s said to the police, or especially to an aggressive prosecutor, keep in mind that anything said on a forum like this will ultimately be said to them as well if they’re interested in us.

That includes things like, “They’re not going to hear anyone’s story but my own,” and then the immediate question will be, “What did you mean by that? That you would make certain that there were no survivors in an incident regardless of whether it was justified or not?”

Yeah, I know it’s mostly bluster for the crowd, but it might not be interpreted that way.

Whatever we do should be reasonable under the circumstances, not some sort of automatic, unthinking reaction. A good source is the Armed Attorneys YouTube channel.
