This is exactly the type of even tempered, logically thinking person that we want on the bench  Why mention the guns and ammo you ask? It feeds the agenda and sensationalizes the story. I'm researching the 'net forknife murder news stories wherein they report the inventory of all cutting edge & pointy tools in the perpetrators kitchen, car, garage, basement, workshop, home office, etc. Not coming up with many so far... ____________________ | |||

Already setting up the defense. Was drinking at a restaurant, drunk. Wife “told him” to point a gun at her. I’m surprised there wasn’t the “it just went off” claim.
