| Local radio mentioned predictions of a mayoral runoff for Houston between Sheila Jackson Lee & one of the other entries, Whitmire, I believe.

| Nothing on the ballot here in WI, which surprised me. |

| Yep! The Democrats here are trying to work around the Tax Payer Bill of Rights (TABOR) that was voter approved in the mid 90s. I’m afraid they will be successful as the state as almost doubled since then and most of the newbies don’t understand what TABOR is

Louisiana was determined in the first primary. We now have a republican governor! |

Voted early this morning. Hopefully we'll retain our republican governor. A lot (~80%) of the D opponent's funds were from out of state based on the numbers I'd heard. |

| Voted on the way home from work. My polling place was pretty busy.

| Voted in our local election and even got my wife to do it. She always votes in state and national but couldn’t care less about the city or elections. Last time, they adopted a bunch of bonds with something like 10-15% participation and local portion of property taxes have gone up almost 10% to cover the debt service.

| Polls opened at 8:00, Mrs. PHPaul and I voted at 8:15 Nothing earth shattering on the Maine ballot this time, really the only two I'm watching are blocking the state from taking over the power utility (Good God...government controlled electricity... ) and requiring Detroit to provide repair data to independent mechanics (Right to Repair)
