If he's been shown to be senile the whole time, all his executive orders and pardons should be voided.
But there's probably no precedent to allow that to happen.

Their great victory was in 2020, convincing the news media, academia and entertainment industries to stump for him, getting a large chunk of the electorate to vote for Biden despite minimal effort on the campaign trail. Now, the chickens have come home to roost, the curtain has been pulled-back..whatever analogy, that his administration was all a lie, a shame, a giant charade.

I surmise over the next 12-months, more details will be revealed about how 'democracy did die in darkness' with the greatest reveal being the actual vote count and who was directly complicit. The only time in US history I can think of that such incapacitation impacted such a high position, was when Wilson suffered a stroke and his wife kept him hidden while issuing missives to staff and cabinet.

What happens when the irrefutable proof comes out, like this is happening, that the 2020 election was indeed stolen and Biden was an illegitimate/illegal puppet President? EVERY LAW he signed would be illegal!

Was discussing this the other day with a fellow MAGA friend. The dude that owns this mess ? The doc who got his dosage of speed good for the state of the union in January 2024. He was angry and fired up and seemed like he could run for office. If they had let him flame out and glitch on stage in January like he did 6 months later at the debate, the Dems could have played this entirely different and forced him out earlier and had a real primary. Trust me I am quite happy beyond words DJT won over KH. But it could have been much worse if they hadn’t lied so much to the country. We will never know but They could have had a reasonable candidate ( who would be a fake moderate and govern like a commie like Joe) and a few swing swing would have made 11/5 much more of a nail biter.

Two U.S. Navy aviators are safe after their two-seat F/A-18F Super Hornet was shot down by an American ship by mistake, according to a late Saturday statement from U.S. Central Command.

The Super Hornet, assigned to aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), was flying over the Red Sea when guided-missile cruiser USS Gettysburg (CG-64) fired upon it, according to the CENTCOM statement.

“Both pilots were safely recovered. Initial assessments indicate that one of the crew members sustained minor injuries,” reads a statement from CENTCOM.

“This incident was not the result of hostile fire, and a full investigation is underway.”

A Navy official told USNI News the incident occurred around 3 a.m. local time on Sunday or about 7 p.m. East Coast time on Saturday. The Super Hornet was assigned to Carrier Air Wing One, and embarked aboard Truman, an official told USNI News. While the CENTCOM statement didn’t specify the squadron, the only two-seat F/A-18F squadron embarked aboard Truman are the “Red Rippers” of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 11 from Naval Air Station Oceana, Va.

The strike group is tasked as part of the U.S.-led Operation Prosperity Guardian, the mission to protect merchant traffic in the Red Sea from Houthi attacks from Yemen. Previous strike groups and independently deployed U.S. guided-missile warships have intercepted dozens of drones, guided cruise missiles and ballistic missiles as part of their mission.
