Many on the Left and even the middle would be ecstatic if M.O. were chosen as a replacement V.P., and certainly wouldn’t care in the slightest that she was no more qualified for the office than her husband had been for the presidency. What qualifications for the office did Harris have? Running for office hardly makes one qualified. I could run for President and might even garner as much support as she did during her campaign. They would, of course, have to get rid of Harris first, but that’s what the speculation article above assumes would happen by some means. Big difference between "Yeah, we don’t like Harris so she’s fired and someone else is in," and "Now that Harris resigned, how do we replace her?" The first is not possible, but the second is—regardless of how unlikely. ► 6.4/93.6 “Cet animal est très méchant, quand on l’attaque il se défend.”

Too many moving parts, IMHO. - Harris would never willingly accept the humiliation of being moved aside. - To assume that Biden (or any Dem who thinks they can act through Biden) would quietly allow a replacement President to be installed is...wildly optimistic at best. - Bringing Moochelle in is not only moderately likely at best, but would be a DNC-wide confession that Biden and Harris suck. - There's only so much time to pull this all off. - Congressional Dems (and Biden) seem to be on the same page in thinking that their odds will never be better to pull off major legislative changes before 2024 and seem to have fully committed themselves to rolling the dice on major legislative changes before 2024. Steady pressure from the squatter in the White House might make that work; trying to change horses in midstream is extremely unlikely to make that work. Incidentally, how many people who think this theory about shuffling people around also thought that Biden would be shunted aside for Harris sooner rather than later? Harris' troubles now seem to make it clear that those peoples' crystal balls are a little cloudy.

OK since the 25th amendment was ratified in 1967, both houses of congress have to vote to approve a new VP. Even if they can pay ",la" enough to willingly step aside.... One theory I have heard, thought not a constitutional scholar by any means, without a VP to break the 50-50 tie in the Senate, stalemate, i.e. no new VP until the next presidential election, unless some cockbag rino voted with the socialists....

Idiot. ****** Biden Appears To Have A Ron Burgundy Moment By Reciting ‘End Of Quote’ Straight Off Teleprompter President Joe Biden appeared to have a Ron Burgundy moment Tuesday after reciting “end of quote” off the teleprompter during his address on gas prices. Biden announced that the administration met with major retailers, including Walmart and TJ Maxx, in order to solve the supply chain crisis by moving products in and stocking the shelves more quickly. During this segment of the address, Biden can be heard reading “end of quote,” apparently off the teleprompter. “You may have heard the CEO of Walmart [Doug McMillon] yesterday on the steps we’ve taken, he said and I quote ‘the combination of private enterprise and government working together has been really successful.’ He went on to say ‘All the way through the supply chain there’s a lot of innovation because of the actions we’ve taken things have begun to change…’ end of quote.” https://dailycaller.com/2021/1...ompter-ron-burgundy/ https://youtu.be/cktk6jaOEzQ?t=2313 ~Alan Acta Non Verba NRA Life Member (Patron) God, Family, Guns, Country Men will fight and die to protect women... because women protect everything else. ~Andrew Klavan

Despite all Joe's issues - I think the end of quote was by design so he could move on/break from the actual quote. (Joe didn't think of that - his writer did)

Does Biden have ANYONE in his cabinet who isn't a tone-deaf, incompetent, lying piece of shit? “Who are you going to believe, me, or your lying eyes?” Biden's Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack says the Farm Bureau is NOT credible for saying Thanksgiving meal prices are up by 14% - seven months after using their stats to brag about 16 cents cheaper July 4th cookouts

https://freebeacon.com/biden-a...-for-bank-regulator/ Five Senate Democrats told the White House late Wednesday they will not support Lenin scholarship recipient Saule Omarova to serve as Comptroller of the Currency, nuking her chances to serve as the country’s bank regulator. The Democrats—Sens. Jon Tester (D., Mont.), Kyrsten Sinema (D., Ariz.), Mark Kelly (D., Ariz.), Mark Warner (D., Va.), and John Hickenlooper (D., Colo.)—join all Senate Republicans in opposition to Omarova, who came under scrutiny over her proposals to use the banking system to "bankrupt" the oil and gas industry and her education in the Soviet Union. Axios reported Wednesday that the Democrats informed the White House they will not support Biden's nominee. The failed nomination marks a major setback for progressives, who championed Omarova over her criticism of big banks and fossil fuel companies Omarova in recent years scrubbed her resume of references to a thesis she wrote about Karl Marx while studying on a Lenin scholarship at Moscow State University in the 1980s. Omarova disavowed the thesis at her confirmation hearing this month, but said she did not have a copy of the document. Omarova was arrested in 1995 on charges she stole $214 in merchandise from a T.J. Maxx store in Madison, Wisc., where she was studying for her doctorate degree.

I don't even know why that fucking commie bitch is allowed in this country. Drop her ass off in some Russian backwater and see how much she likes it.

Vilsack is like a bad penny. He was SecAg in Obama’s Administration. The Forest Service is in the Department of Agriculture, so he was pivotal in FS policy and practice. He was a POS then; he’s a POS now. _______________________________________________________ despite them

Yeah, right: She doesn't have a copy of a thesis she wrote. That's totally believable If a non-leftist made such a statement the FBI would be at their home in a New York Heartbeat, turning the place upside-down and confiscating her computer(s), tablet(s), phone(s), etc. and a Senate (sub-)committee would be considering charging her with lying to Congress. That's right, '5' out of 50 senate Dem's decided not to support a woman who was so grossly un-American and completely toxic to everything this country stands for. The fact that 45 Dem's would rubber stamp this toxic loser says everything about who the enemy really is. ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom. I'm sure there had to be more, Joe Manchin for instance, who would not have voted to confirm her if it actually came down to it. The fact this woman even got a nomination is a disgrace, but it's even more disgusting that a majority of senate Dem's would support her nomination. ----------------------------- Guns are awesome because they shoot solid lead freedom.
