Just turned 55. I go to bed between 11:30 and 1:00 AM.
Often times later, occasionally earlier. I don't get enough sleep, but my body won't let me, it hurts too much to sleep longer.

I have to be at work by 8AM. I wake up between 7:05 and 7:30! lol
Waking up early almost certainly guarantees I will be late, because I start doing other things. So I get up, get dressed, out the door.

65; in bed at 2200 most nights. Unless needing to make a head call during the night, I begin to stir at daylight regardless of season.

63, when I worked bed by about 9:30 set the alarm for 0400, wake up at 3:55.
Amazing how that internal clock works.
Retired two and a half years ago and have insomnia. I sleep whenever I can,
could be in the afternoon. I gave my neighbor a bunch of firewood, we talked,
he gave me a gummy with THC, took away the pain in my hands and feet and I
slept for almost 8 hours. Ohio is getting ready to open stores, I may give
it a try.

73, in bed between 8:00 and 9:00, up between 4:30 and 5:00. Hour-long naps most afternoons around 1:00 or 2:00

Very occasionally a later night if I get wrapped up in a good book or movie. Extremely unusual to sleep past 5:30 no matter when I go to bed.

Up twice to pee is a good night, 3 times is normal, 4 is not unusual if I don't watch my fluid intake. And that's on a regimen of Flomax (Tamsulosin)

Good quality sleep is VERY important for your health. Not enough of it can lead to dementia.

Your brain clogs with crappe during your waking hours, and good quality sleep cleans it up.

If you work a week, going to sleep late and waking early, it doesn’t help to binge sleep during the weekend - it has to be a daily quality sleep regimen.

I read something years ago, short version: no screens 30-60min before you go to bed. Supposed to improve sleep quality.
I kill the phone about 10 & read for 30-60min before lights out.

53. During work days, I am in bed by 10. Wakes up 2-3 time at night to pee. Wake up at 5AM to get ready for work.

If I'm off work the following day, I watch TV until I fall asleep. Still wakes up 2-3 times to pee. Big Grin

I'm 39.

I usually get to bed between 9:30-11:00pm. I'd prefer closer to 9:30, but I got the family used to staying up late when I was working nights, and when I switched to days almost two years ago I was the only one who made the change.

I wake up at 4:30am on work days, and still well before 6:00 on my days off.

I read almost every night before going to sleep, but most often read on my Kindle. Eek

71, retired, go to bed 10-1130 depending, don't like getting up before 7 but often have to, drink Big Gulp/Diet Pepsi all day and usually get up once to pee around 4-ish. If I'm out at an overnight weekend event or whatever, for some reason am getting up 2-3 times to pee without the Diet Pepsi. Confused

Mid 40's. Alarm goes off at 4am. If I'm lucky I'm in bed by 10-midnight. Sleeping longer than six hours doesn't happen for me. When it does usually Saturday morning, my back hurts anyways, so I can't win.

I've been training working out super hard last 6 months or so. Working out and BJJ x4 days a week usually. Going into the academy to open it up tomorrow at lunch for a few guys. It'll mark I think 12 days straight of training. I'm beat!!
