Well Trump need only promise to use the same methods next election then. I am pretty sure they would suddenly see the error of their ways.

I imagine it all started over Starbucks coffee.

"Hey guys. I have this great idea!"

"What?"

"* * *"

"Sounds good to me."

"And we can always tie in a Russia-Trump collusion."

"I think it's good-to-go."

"I'd like more coffee."

"I'll get them. Trenta, right?"

"Since May 2017, a Special Counsel investigation has been led by the current Special Counsel, former FBI Director Robert Mueller, into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections including exploring any links or coordination between Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and the Russian government."

From wikipedia.

So, after all this time and money there is absolutely no evidence to support claims that Trump did anything wrong. The whole collusion crap was ginned up using a known fabrication, mueller has wasted a huge amount of money, totally shifted focus from his original purpose and yet he continues.

I understand that Trump, for political reasons, can not dismiss mueller. But cannot Sessions un-recuse himself and fire that asshole?

A pure witch hunt staffed only by Trump haters who keep "expanding" their efforts to bring down Trump, and as a result the USA.

John McCain:

The latest attacks on the FBI and Department of Justice serve no American interests – no party’s, no president’s, only Putin’s.

Whenever someone is caught it never serves their interest. Funny how his first concern is the party. But he's wrong because it serves the public's interest.

Can we say Keating 5 Boys and girls?

McLame was only censured for 'bad judgement' (no shit) but in financial circles including among gov't auditors that I knew personally, they considered it a skate.

So of course he wants secrets, dark corners, cobwebs, whispers and deals; that's what keeps the checks coming and that's what America wants, or at least is what's good for it, or at least the way it has always been done or at least in McL's increasingly fevered imagination.

God bless my Main Man DJT.

I noticed that he seemed to be the only "R" in that group. Says a lot to me at any rate.

Btw. If not on purpose.

Yes. They thought that they would get away with it. One of the side effects of the vaccine. They were so confident of her victory that in their warped minds they thought they would earn extra points after the dance. After all, the polls irrefutably said so. Thank you, poll makers.

Verily, I faintly remember advice in the other thread when someone proposed---Don't trust the polls...or I'm going to lock this thread.

Or sumpthin' like that.

DEM ltr to President Trump

Dear President Trump:

The decision to release a partisan and misleading memo over the objections of your own Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director and the Department of Justice (DOJ) was a transparent attempt to discredit the hard-working men and women of law enforcement who are investigating Russia’s interference with our Presidential election and that nation’s ties to your campaign.

We are alarmed by reports that you may intend to use this misleading document as a pretext to fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, in an effort to corruptly influence or impede Special Counsel Bob Mueller’s investigation.

We write to inform you that we would consider such an unwarranted action as an attempt to obstruct justice in the Russia investigation. Firing Rod Rosenstein, DOJ Leadership, or Bob Mueller could result in a constitutional crisis of the kind not seen since the Saturday Night Massacre.

Sincerely,

Schumer / Pelosi / Durbin / Hoyer / Murray / Crowley / Warner / Schiff / Feinstein / Nadler

The Dems have just begun to hate Trump and family. The more truth that comes out, the more Clinton's rats get exposed. IMO all this makes his victory all the more sweeter. Para, you called it long ago, all this Russian BS was just that, BS.
Comey is doing his best to downplay all of this. If the US AG or DAG didn't know enough of the truth behind the application for the warrant, they should have known. Trump has taken it all, and has come out virtually unscathed. He is the Teflon Don, we are lucky he won. Our country avoided some dark times indeed.

Mueller obviously has little to nothing right now against President Trump. In light of the 'memo', does the president refuse to be interviewed by Mueller and crew and let this whole witch hunt end right there?
