Of course, that’s how this works. He’ll go to rehab, a few of the movies he’s planned to be in will be postponed, he will exit rehab, I’d expect him to take a bit of time to be “with his family” ,he will make the rounds on some talk shows, he will very publicly apologize to the world and to Chris Rock, and especially to his fans, then he will be forgiven and he will resume his career.

He will lose roles over this, but nobody will ever know of them with the exception of one, maybe two where the director or producer or whatever gets interviewed and mentions it.

What, he’s going to get some pointers from Jack Nicholson?
