Wife and I are running through it now. I've been sick since Friday, my wife since yesterday.

I started tonic water (quinine), doxycycline and zinc a bit late in my experience but I started feeling better. I wish I’d have tried it earlier.

I have always supplemented D3 and C as I believe those are important as well.

Thanks, we will add the tonic water to the routine.

Post-COVID I’ve been feeling tired and weak. Sometimes dizzy when standing. Blood pressure seems low. 103/66 just now. I’ve been planning to call the PCP but every time my blood pressure goes up to normal and I have nothing to show him. Maybe I should go to him just to schedule an EKG.

How is everyone progressing??

I made an appointment to see the PCP today at 3. My lungs feel better than ever. The low blood pressure worries me though.

You guys doing ok?

Wife and I are vaxed and boostered with Moderna from last year, no 2nd booster. I thought this WuFlu was over with, this Spring Break was going to be awesome. The family and I were going to go to Great Smokey Mountains and everywhere in between. Our 4yr old came in to our room last Saturday and threw up and was running a small fever. Great, plan cancelled. The next day she was fine though, so we waited another day and did a shorter trip to Kansas City and the Kansas suburbs. Decided to walk through Crown Center for some dumb reason, all 3 floors, it was packed with people. People waiting in lines 30 feet long in the food court at 3 in the afternoon. Stayed at a hotel a couple of nights. Got back home on Wednesday.

Thursday morning I felt tired and had a headache, felt exactly like the day after 2nd shot of Moderna. For one day I had a reduction in taste. Very slight fever. Ibuprofen helped the headache. Wife started feeling it on Friday. We feel better today, but she has a runny nose and I have a cough now, headache and fever still comes and goes. Ibuprofen now makes me fart though...I don't recall that in the past.

I don't intend to get tested. Timing is right for us catching it from our 4yr old OR from the KC mouthbreathers. We have two other kids that don't show any symptoms yet.

I guess this ain't over until its over.

Try taking the Ibuprofen with a liquid not a big gulp of air.

I take it with water, even tried with food as recommended. It interferes with some stomach acid production and can cause stomach aches and indigestion. Never has bothered me in the past. Maybe it is just part of getting old. I think I'm past the headaches now and halfway through the coughs after coughing myself to sleep last night. I took Zyrtec at first thinking it was allergies, which I get alot. I just continued taking it anway. I haven't had much congestion or runny nose, while the wife has. Resting heart rate is around 90-100, off ibuprofen, so that's fun.

Try Tylenol. Better for you stomach and kidneys.
