Liver. I ate it once a week as a kid. Hated it then and still hate it now.

Lima beans. Vile and disgusting pieces of shit.

Durian. I have tried it many times and every time it tastes the same. Like heavy cream and onions, with turpentine and an old gym sock. Has the texture of thick custard with pineapple strings.

Silkworm pupas. I don’t care how you pickle or spice them, it’s gaggy when they pop in your mouth.

Pickled pig skin. I tried it once. Extra porky flavor, with a splash of vinegar. Has the texture of Sunkist orange jelly slices.

Lupini beans. Almost like a Lima bean that has been cured in some disgusting brine. They are the least nasty thing on this list, but they are still in my top five.

Aside of those five items, there are a lot of thinks I have tried and don’t like, but those five take the cake.

I will not eat mayonnaise. To me, it tastes rotten.

Oh, and I’ll never try balut. I’ve had the opportunity, but couldn’t even watch a buddy eat it.

Chicken gizzards. Tastes like rubber bands mixed with gravel from where horses piss.

My mom and dad tried to force all kinds of crap on my sis and me.
Brains, head cheese, intestine stuff and liver, pigs feet.
I won’t eat any of it.
I hate pickled beets too. And no pumpkin pie for me either.
I get a little sick watching my wife put mayonnaise on a hot dog. I’m surprised she knows others who like that, just seems wrong to me!

Peas. Liver. Yogurt. That's just off the top of my head. To put it simply, I'm almost 75 years old, and I'm just not going to eat anything I don't like.

I worked on a 110 foot tender up in Alaska. When tending for herring roe, we had a technician from Japan aboard, and he would snag all the sea urchins ... cracking them open and scooping out the uni with his thumb eating it on the spot. I tried and was enjoying too. Pretty good when fresh right out of the water.
