I'm probably 7:30 - 8 hours a night at least during the week. If I wake up or get up usually depends on how much water I drink in the PM. Training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu x7-x8 hours a week and working out x2-x3 other times during the week. Usually when I crawl in bed I'm SMOKED. Train how you intend to Fight Remember - Training is not sparring. Sparring is not fighting. Fighting is not combat.

According to my CPAP, I average a little over 5 hours a night but it's better sleep than I got before. When I was on active duty, it was 4 hours a night for the most part. I'd go to bed after midnight, Brazilian jiu jitsu from 5am-6am, get home to shower and get to work in the ops center by 7am. Off work by 3:30pm and evening jiu jitsu at 6pm. Did that for nearly a year. _____________
