I generally don't watch the Sunday morning talk shows, but I expect them to be filled with bitter, salty, whining, crying liberals who got beat at their own game.

My sister hasn't spoken to me in a week either. She's pissy about the nomination and also because Beto (Francis) O'Rourke is about to lose big time to the Cruz missile in our midterms.

What's that worth to you? Probably more than they are paying.... Big Grin

To Para, JALLEN, and all the members of this forum: What an amazing thread! I hoist a glass of my State’s finest Kentucky Bourbon to you all. Contributions here have been excellent, and we all have seen the very worst in politics in the last few weeks, as well as some of the best.
Regards to all.

Maybe it will help for them to know that as the junior Justice, Kavanaugh will have to get the coffee during the conferences of the Court.

We all heard as "background" the hysterical women in the gallery. Here is a description by someone who was there:

"Another crazed woman later screamed, “I will not consent, I will not consent, I will not consent, I will not consent." She was like a feminist automaton: “I will not consent, I will not consent.” Capitol Police were less forgiving and dragged her out the doors and down the hallway.

I have visited hospitals for the seriously mentally ill, and the shrieks from this woman were as odd and unearthly as anything I ever heard inside a mental hospital. They echoed off the halls and ceilings outside the gallery in decreasing but astonishing amplitude.

Then the roll was called, and it sounded like the gates of hell opened up.

Nearly a dozen women erupted in unison, shouting, howling, screaming, in an unrecognizable venomous wail. They wouldn’t stop. There was fury, rage, hate, poison in the noise.

It wasn't prose. It wasn't song. It was a swarming, shrill, swirling noise.

I leaned over to someone and whispered, “Pay attention, that’s what the Left sounds like.”

Where was all this outrage and hysteria when Bill Clinton was accused of RAPE? Where was the solidarity of the sisterhood for Juanita Broaddrick? Instead, democrat feminists left her out there by herself, slowly twisting in the wind.

Yes, the screaming lunatics in the senate gallery were probably just little girls then, but the likes of Feinstein and Pelosi can't say that. Where was their righteous raging anger then? ... Crickets ...

... stirred anti-clockwise.

I always remember a political cartoon from the Clinton years. A reporter is asking a feminist whether the groping of a woman on the floor of a political convention is sexual assault? The feminist responds, "Democrat or Republican?"

I was just watching ABC news show "This Week" and the round table was, of course, discussing the vote etc. and one of the persons on there just acknowledged that there were paid protestors who where there to "help" people be as effective as possible.

She specifically mentioned the group Ultraviolet..

Someone needs to put together a video contrasting the liberal / feminist / media coverage of Clinton's accusers and those who accused Kavanaugh. Of course it wouldn't get any air play on ABC/CBS/NBC, but that would be a good thing as it would underscore (yet again) how unashamedly biased they are.

My take away and reading of tea leaves, based on Trump's ebullience, and schumer and Feinstein's sulking, is that it isn't looking good for them. They may regret getting what they wished for, the FBI looking into "Used Ford" claims.
