The FBI gets roasted on X any time someone invokes their name. The agency is beyond simple repair- it needs to be torn down to the floor joists and rebuilt completely if they are ever to gain the public’s trust again.

Right now? They are weaponized and traitors to the oath they swore. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell anyone from the newest agent right to the top.

The FBI has ALWAYS been a political tool. J. Edgar Hoover operated outside the law with surveillance, blackmail, and more. The only difference now is that democrats are in charge, and not a self-serving cross dresser. But you know, I bet a cross dresser WILL be in charge again soon because of DEI LGBTQIA+

Someday, probably years from now, I hope we'll hear from someone who ran the FBI's Twitter/X feed and/or was responsible for reading the comments and maybe reporting the general sentiment to superiors. Must be a very thankless, demoralizing job. Or maybe not. Maybe those JBTs are so far gone, they only post what they know will bring out the vitriol from regime opponents for them to add to their enemies list.

I’ll be honest…whenever we have someone check in with the Captain and they show their credentials displaying they’re from the FBI, I have to bite my tongue to keep from calling them the boot-licking, vile, piece of human excrement they are.

I just don’t feel like being awakened at 0300 with my door kicked in and a raid the size of one that was on Entebbe to greet me outside…

I don't blame you. I'd have a damn hard time not questioning THEM about the goings on in their "agency".

At that point, can't you put them in checked baggage?

Put me down for one vote for FBI in checked baggage...

"But the rank and file guys are still OK", is often what I hear. No, they're not. They're either straight up criminals, or unprincipled people who are "just following orders" instead of walking away, which makes them just as guilty as the former.

Can anyone post bail for me? Big Grin

About 3-4 years ago there was a (purported) FBI agent member of this board who posted a "delete my account" thread. He was told - in multiple pages - not to let the door hit him in the ass.

Some years back (5 or 6 maybe), a new fella and his family showed up at my church. Came to find out he had moved to Huntsville to be part of a counter-terrorism task force.

Very nice fella, and his wife also. Was even part of a small group that met in a member's home on Sunday nights. I always watched what I said around him very carefully as I never trusted him further than I could throw him! A bad way to feel towards a supposed Christian, but that's the way I feel about ALL FBI personnel!

The only one I remember on here seemed to be a good guy, knew his guns, etc. He worked some Indian Reservations. You must be speaking of someone else.

Based on what I have seen from the FBI over the past few months. He was there spying on that very church.

I have two agent personal friends. If they are bad, they are very good at pretending to be good. I trust them, I admire them, and I know they are seeking what is best for our nation.

I have been in FBI training, for active shooters and similar. These agents are again, focused on what is best for a community, for eliminating risks, for fighting crime.

I can't believe all agents are bad. I've had too many good experiences with them.

I 100% agree. I trust none of them and I certainly don't expect them to work in my best interest. The agency is useless and serve no useful purpose to society. Anyone that continues to work for them has my contempt.
