| Hey, Greg. Our paths keep crossing, not in good ways. If troponins are negative they should definitely do a test called a D-dimer for pulmonary embolism. If it’s negative that pretty much rules it out, if not further testing would be indicated. Q is right, it should always come to mind in someone who has been on a long trip either by plane or by car. Keep us updated if you would, friend.
