Best wishes for a full recovery! And since you are in Canada, may your health care be free!

Hopefully your labs come back with low troponin levels. {{fingers crossed}}
You got help early after the second nitro didn’t relieve your pain…that’s a plus!

Is there any chance of you not driving and let someone else drive while you fly?

Hopefully you will be able to travel home soon.

Make darn sure they know you are NOT Canadian so they don't offer you MAID.

Hey, Greg. Our paths keep crossing, not in good ways.
If troponins are negative they should definitely do a test called a D-dimer for pulmonary embolism. If it’s negative that pretty much rules it out, if not further testing would be indicated. Q is right, it should always come to mind in someone who has been on a long trip either by plane or by car.

Keep us updated if you would, friend.
