Megyn Kelly has been on a slow decline in my viewer time. She last night came out against Trumps Iran policy.I can't help but think it has something to do with her supporting her old friend Tucker. Sad to see these people going the wrong way.

Clicks. Subscribers. Money. Better to be uniquely idiotic with followers/subscribers than another poor imitation of Victor Davis Hanson. Or even Megyn Kelly. Or maybe this is the real Tucker and Candace, unleashed.

I watched a couple of his vids lately. For all the sense he thought he was making, he never acknowledged Iran's scope and history of violence and threats. A gaping hole to be sure. His career has marked him as a chameleon, I guess he thinks he's getting on top of something. He doesn't need money so his motivations are cloudier. ** I just thought of something. Wasn't his family hassled or threatened at his home one night when he wasn't there? I think that was the start of his change. Set the controls for the heart of the Sun.

^^^^ More or less what Frank Moses said. There was a very interesting interview on a recent Triggernometry podcast which featured the guy who helped found Daily Wire (not Ben Shapiro, the other guy). (I say nothing about the Daily Wire people or what it is like as a place to work, but they have direct knowledge of working with conservative people who turn into apparently rabid anti-Israel provacateurs almost overnight.) Although they were specifically talking about Candace Owen, I think it basically applies to Carlson and the like. They were describing it as "audience capture", meaning they find out what their audience wants and they just say more and more of that thing, regardless. I may sound vindictive, but I hope it bites them in the ass. They should be out for truth no matter what. That's how they started...at least I think so.

I used to listen to Glen Beck quite a while ago, and he went through some kind of mental breakdown from what I guessed by listening to him. I quit listening to him after that. These days I listen occasionally if I want to be be entertained, but I can't listen very long, just bits and pieces here and there just for entertainment when I'm not seeking hard news or solid analysis from people who know their subject matter. I also used to listen to Tucker Carlson, but after an interview I saw with Joe Rogan, I came to the conclusion that something was definitely off with him, or more like bat shit crazy, and haven't followed him sense. I think for Glen, it seems he had a real mental illness or break with reality, but after a while seemed to go back to "normal" by some amount. It seems a little madness accompanies great genius in various forms over the course of human greatness, but I can't see that situation with these two guys. Lover of the US Constitution Wile E. Agree, and Megyn has developed a pretty severe “potty mouth” as well, which, in my mind makes here even less likeable.

She seems to have taken the "National Examiner" route to increase viewership. Some of the Pod casters she has added to, and linked with her show go this route. This Nancy Guthrie story has put Megyn over the top and brings out the ANYTHING for viewers philosophy.

I doubt that. They both have actual families that they actually seem to care about which are also young. They are both making a fortune with their podcasts and would be trading that for peanuts. Didn’t work so good for Dan Bongino who was in a similar position. Tucker is especially well versed in the types of people he would be dealing with in Washington and he despises them. I think they have taken the approach that right or wrong they are just tired of war after war after war and catering to Israel like most people are.

Most of us are tired of war after war after war and catering to Israel... But the present war with Iran is not the same as what we did in Afghanistan. 1. This was started in 1979 with a direct attack by Iran on the US through our embassy. 2. Iran is a threat, not just to the US and Israel but to the entire world if they become a nuclear power. 3. Trump won't keep us there indefinitely. "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

Yes. It's no secret we (America) have interactions with nations that is to our benefit in ways that are solely self serving. It is human nature to do so and all nations do this. Why people seem to forget such when asserting views is a bit puzzling. Yes, we have individuals in our government and other institutions that do things that even extend past their boundaries of ethics and authority, and the people have a right and duty to question. In my opinion, Carlson, Owens and those in their "world view" are not being truthful in all of their position. Whether or not they are aware of that I cannot know, but the fallacies are damaging and hurtful, but that is no new thing to humanity. It's people doing peoply stuff.
