I just keep seeing this guy go off the deep end and can't figure out how he went from being at Trump's side in photos to being this compete whackjob now? Has he been compromised or something? Just been corrupted? I don't get it and need someone to explain what is going on here. I really couldn't find an existing thread where this would fit. | ||

I don't know but I used to watch him years ago but noticed him getting increasingly a little more "out there", more conspiracy theories, so I quit. I haven't watched him since but occasionally see posts like yours questioning what happened to him? Maybe he's smoking dope? No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride. | |||

I noticed him appearing to be more unhinged some time ago, but seeing him become an antisemitic, pro-islamic mouthpiece was a shock. He always seemed to be well-versed on world issues, so it is hard for me to believe he is this ignorant of the muslim religion. He has literally gone insane, or the muslims have something deep and dark on him. There is no way that he doesn't realize he has sold his soul and is giving up most of his audience, and all of his credibility. . | |||

I remember when Candace Owens first became popular on the national scene. I read critiques about her that said she had just "converted" from the Left, and that it wasn't genuine. The critiques stated that she is an opportunist and would go wherever the money was. Her comments about Charlie Kirk's death and her conspiracies about "Jewish control" make me believe that she is both an opportunist and nut job. . | |||

There's a book on Amazon that attempts to explain what happened to Tucker Carlson. Hated By All the Right People by Jason Zengerle. It's an interesting book but I'm not sure it really answers the question. My own guess would be that Tucker is dealing with some profound mental issues. Or maybe he's just smoking the dope! | |||

I believe a lot of these talking heads that profess to be conservatives, really aren't, and when it suits or profits them to be someone else they show their true colors. Michael Smerconish appeared to be a staunch conservative until Obama came along and suddenly he became a flaming liberal. Tucker Carlson probably falls into this category of fake conservatives. If you actually embrace conservative ideology and values one man, Trump, shouldn't cause you to do an about face and suddenly you're against everything you claimed to be for. | |||
