James Carville is just a miserable somebody, isn't he? Roll Eyes

Carville gloats that Democrats will go after Trump's 'stupid jacka-- kids and their spouses' after midterms

(Link)

quote:
Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville condemned President Donald Trump, gloating on Tuesday that he, his children and his children’s spouses will face investigations after the midterms.

Carville warned Trump that he is in for a world of hurt after the Republican Party faced what many expect to be a defeat in the upcoming midterms. Carville, in his trademark southern style, said that it would feel politically like getting "punched in the mouth by Mike Tyson."

"Let’s talk about your future, your post-November future," Carville said, anticipating widespread defeat of Trump and the GOP. "The Democrats are going to investigate you to no end."

"They're going to start going after you. Then they're going to start figuring out where all the money stolen is," he continued. "Then they're going to go after your stupid jacka-- kids and their spouses and all the other bulls--- that you see, and they're going to investigate the s--- out of you."

Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around.

Things like this are disgusting, and need to be exploited by the R party to gain traction in the mid terms.

Going after the politician is one thing, Kids, Spouses, children, relatives, others involved in the whole process around Trump from cabinet to election workers. A J6 moment for those people.

Lots of people don't like that tactic, and don't want that kind of action happening.

Has anyone pointed out to poor James that everything he says they are going to do they have been doing for more than ten years as well as far worse things, for example trying to kill him?

At least Carville understands what the real goals of his party have become. They are basically a cult of Trump hate. Unfortunately for them, Trump faces no more elections, and their hate can only manifest as posturing in congress.

Yes, they did this before, and they will do it again , if they have the power. This is what fascism actually looks like.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Trump confirmed the ouster in a Truth Social post Thursday, underscoring that he views her as "a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend" as she moves into an undisclosed role in the private sector.

"Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900," he continued. "We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future."

While I get Trump may like her, I never fully trusted Bondi, remember that time as FL AG she caved to pressure and resurrected the Trayvon Martin case?
She screwed up the Epstein file release as well.

Was never impressed with Pam Bondi.

She talked a good game in her hearings and came across as tough and competent...then did jack shit.

Yep. Chellim was also against her from the beginning. I thought, at minimum, she could be the face of the office and appoint smarter Assistant AGs to prosecute cases. You guys were right and I was wrong.

Tulsi Gabbard is in the crosshairs next, according to this Guardian article, which will not be a surprise to me. Her refusal to rebuke Joe Kent and insistence that only the President can determine “imminent threat” are the last nails in her DNI coffin. You’re DNI, you’re presenting the President with all intelligence reports and that’s it? You have no opinion or recommendations regarding what’s on the table? “Oh no, Mr. President, you determine imminent threat. I’m not touching this with a ten-foot pole”. Roll Eyes
