Back in the mid 60’s my uncle a city police officer said if we were to wall off a certain area of town and air drop a load of drugs in one corner and a load of guns in the other, our problem would take care of itself. I thought he was a prick for saying that. But now I realize just how right he was.

Not being from IL, but having to occasionally work in Chicago, I agree that LL is the slightly less terrible choice. I also believe she'll be proven to be a lightweight and possibly incompetent in the next year.

I'm 67 and have lived in Chicago and the near Chicago area all my life.
I don't EVER remember a competent Mayor in Chicago!
I would NOT label Dailey SR as a lightweight!

Pretty sad if she’s the best candidate. Isn’t she the one who wants to get rid of any names on the gang list.
