I like Dillo Dust, but of course you can't buy it at the grocery store (I don't think).

I like Swamp Boys for any kind of smoked barbecue. Their companion original sauce is also excellent, and the best sauce for serving barbecue I have ever had.

Dry seasoning- Tony Chachere's Creole

But seriously, the absolute favorite dry seasonings for me are fresh ground black pepper and sea salt.
No competition.

Have you tried the Chulola Chile Garlic flavor?

Yep. It’s not hot sauce, but it’s delish on vanilla ice cream.

A gift of a seasoning called Florida Sunshine, a salt and citrus (primarily) spice that’s great with vegetables.

I work for a company that sells and specializes in spices. I make my own pretty much 99.5 percent of the time.

That said, shoot me your address via email Bald, and I’ll send you a blend I just created for beef and pork. It’s pretty amazing.

Just as well, I’m happy to publish any blends I make at home, for anyone who is interested.

I mix Tony Chachere's Creole with Angelo's BBQ spice mix (local to west Ft Worth, BBQ) about 50/50. Use it primarily on burgers or just plain sirloin.
It also has appeared when doing a great many other foods/experiments, too many to name.

You are absolutely correct, and you have my undying gratitude.

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.
