Gas leak next to my house, 100yrds away. Went for a bike ride and had to turn around. By the time I returned and I hit the end of my street I could smell the gas. Hopefully no ones houses blow up today (unless it's mine).

And this morning there was a massive house fire about 2 miles away in Cascades. A big cloud of dense black smoke was seen for miles.

I was passed by four engines from four stations as far away as Ashburn, Ashburn’s tower, a medic unit, and four battalion chief’s vehicles, and likely every Sheriff’s car in all of eastern Loudoun.

"Officials are reporting that it was a house explosion..."

It's so good to know all our intrepid reporters are so hard at work...
