I'll keep it reserved and down-play my loathing for Ovechkin in this conversation. But I will admit he's gotten better about not CHARGING and JUMPING into ever f---ing check he makes. He's been a cheap-shot artist in the past, but for the LIMITED time I've seen him this year, he's gotten better, as stated. I say that considering the hit against Brandon Carlo yesterday. Brandon just put himself in a bad position and I have to admit Ovie showed some class after the hit to come over and give him a stick tap apology. The B's are gonna have a tough go against your Caps, but in all honesty, if the B's don't survive round 1 against them, I'd root for the Caps just for the sake of Coach Trotz...he deserves a ring, as he's been a GREAT coach his entire career.
