Whew.
Great regular season, great playoffs.
I'm exhausted once again. Smile

Went to the Pens Viewing party at the arena (they also had a big screen outdoors). Great game & season. I am getting too old for this though. Not sure I can take another Cup run ... but I'm willing to give it a shot. Wink

It will be interesting to see what happens with the expansion draft & free agency coming up.

Looks like Fleury will most likely go to LV, unless they opt for a cheaper goalie.

I'm still riding the post-win high today. Smile

And all I can think is...THREEPEAT!!!!

Headed in to town for the night and the parade tomorrow. Day drinking with 400,000 like minded individuals. Last year was a blast.

Congrats to all you fellow Pens fans and to the Preds for putting one hell of a fight. You are right, you were screwed on that goal but don't worry, you will never get use to it. : )

Now everyone rest and get healthy, we have work to do in a couple of months.

A plan is just a list of things that don't happen.

My sister & her friend went. She got to touch the Cup as it was carried by Kris Letang.

I saw you. Tried to yell "Hi" across the street but the noise was overwhelming.

Had a nice conversation with Jake Guentzels dad though while his truck was stopped.

Maybe we need a new thread... I don't know.
But here's how it looks as we prepare for the playoffs in 2019:

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
