I would like to have been a fly on the wall for the resignation tidbits. Did she resign because she knew she was a major league screwup? Or was she ordered to submit her resignation? Smile

Given her demeanor, I've got a suspicion that it went something like this:

Plate was partially obscured.
Registration (NV) was expired.
No proof of insurance.
Equipment violations (yeah, legal in NV... but no current registration for Nevada. Or CT. Or MA, or wherever the PhD student is studying, so who cares where it might hypothetically be legal?)

So, unregistered, uninsured vehicle with equipment violations on the road in the busiest part of the most automobile-dense state in the USA? Yeah, pretty much F them. As a subject PAYING for insurance in the People's Republic, I'm good with TPD in this one.

You are just jealous that you don't have a badge of privilege. Wink

But I was just thinking, it seems both mom and daughter carried that badge of privilege. I wonder what their conversations have been like since the resignation.

This brought a good laugh! In part it's funny because it is so.....appropriate. What a God-awful hag. I fear her daughter won't stray very far from the tree, as well. Eek

Somebody explain to me why, if she drove there, they didn't subject her to a field sobriety test and tow her ass to the yard.

Aw man!!! I SOOO wish the officer wouldv'e pulled a COL Jessup line on this bonafide, moronic, self-loathing IDIOT...

"I run my patrol how I run my patrol. You wanna investigate me, roll the dice and take your chances. I write tickets 2 feet off the highway from 4,000 vehicles who want to kill me. So don't think for one second you can come down here...flash a badge...a make me nervous".

Except in the officer's case (unlike Jessup), he would have been justified and proper in his actions. That...would have been AWESOME!!!

Big Grin

I might just have to watch AFGM this afternoon...

These two officers are better men than I am (heck, most officers are). I would have used electricity in the first two minutes of the interaction.

The best part of her bitch fest...is the internet is FOREVER...that video of her mouthy shit as well as the professional demeanor and restraint of those two officers is out there for all to see...even the associates of "the PHD from MIT"...

I'll bet if she had any idea that it would end up on the internet for all to see, she would have kept that pie hole shut Big Grin

This woman is the sort that not only craves power but is also so convinced that she is so much smarter, wiser, BETTER than everyone else, especially conservatives, that she has not just disdain but also hate over us.

She would love the power to crush those cops, including firing them and ruining their lives for having the gall to dare question her and disobey her. Thank God she didn't. This just goes to show what those people are like.

Around here we call what happened to her "having to eat a slice of humble pie, with seconds included".

Was stopped by the Washington State Patrol for the "license is obscured." It was an early Saturday morning and the officer had followed me for a couple of miles, either tailgating or sitting in my blindspot.
Real reason was I had out of state plates. Washington at this time had a registration fee that was around $800. Many people registered in Oregon and other states to avoid paying.
He was disappointed to have a Vermont registration, Vermont license and military ID.
Best he could do was give me a warning. He wasn't very nice to boot.
