Pretty much every car in Nevada has tinted windows. It gets a tad hot there in the summer. So cars from other states have to strip their tinting, which is legal in the state the car is registered, in order to pass through NJ. I guess I better remember to put a front plate on my car when I go to California next month, front plates are not required in AZ but they are in California.

The stop was BS. That said, she was a jerk and the officers handled it well.

Is Jay-Walking illegal in AZ? Because the front license plate law is enforced in California about as much as the Jay-Walking laws are. I haven't had front plates on any of my vehicles the entire time I have lived in this God forsaken state. But, I bet if I got pulled over for a traffic violation and treated the officer with a total lack of respect, he would be looking for anything he could for which to write me up, and then the front plate law would be invoked.
