Well 8 years of obummer and his minions did not help. Consider how many generals/admirals got fired when he took over, and the quality of the political operatives he put in command.

Also consider that my grandson was tasked to set up an air defense plan for the city/base where he was assigned. Or that he was placed in charge of teaching the female soldiers how to shoot! Just a couple of examples!

And also consider that he was an E6 at the time.
