When On Patrol Live is on, we always hope the Crime of the Night is in Arkansas as its always a good watch.

The Arkansas State Police do not fuck around and are always more than willing to ram a fleeing car with their own cars, often multiple times.

With that dumb facial expression sitting cuffed in the back seat of the patrol vehicle I vote for stupid as a minimum.

I have to say that the drivers they encountered during the chase were by-and-large very attentive and situationally aware. The majority reacted appropriately and quickly as the chase closed on them.

He looks like a Joe Biden voter to me, which means that he is Stupid, Stoned, and Drunk. Hopefully when he's paraded before the General Population they will all get to see his Pink outfit. If so that first shower won't be enjoyable.

I've stopped counting.

Yeah, I've only been over this NINE MILLION TIMES, so it's understandable that you've forgotten that politics has no place in a thread like this and is entirely unwelcome.

Maybe in a few more years, I'll manage to get the point across.

Apologize to the thread, Scooter- not to me, not to the members, not SIGforum. The thread itself. Tell the thread you're sorry. This aggregation of posts. This HTML file sitting on a server. Say you're sorry to the thread.

I watched COPS over the years, and I never understand the concept of running from the police. Most, if not all, end up getting caught and it only adds additional violations.

But then again, look at the people who are running.

It was a perfect PIT maneuver. And to be honest, if you’ve ever driven over 100 miles an hour, to attempt a maneuver like that without rolling your own vehicle must be scary as shit. Well done ASP.

Most of the municipal departments in my area have "no pursuit" policies. As soon as there is flight or evasion from an attempted stop, the officer turns off lights/siren and pulls to side and terminates pursuit. The criminals obviously know that and it's common to see them run.

Like ASP, I don't believe the Michigan State Police has a no pursuit policy and it's good to see!

Smug little prick. The cop was right, he could have killed someone and he sits in the car like daddy will bail him out and he wont play Nintendo for a month.

I was driving cross country, at night, tooling along about 75 mph when an ASP cruiser passed me going flat out.

I’m talking vvvvvooooooosssssssh, me startling, car wobbling, and then watching the ASP cruiser’s tail lights disappearing into the distance.

A couple of minutes (2-3) later I stop to help the trooper aid a couple injured when their U-haul rolled.

The officer said as I was leaving “Sorry for startling you as I passed.”

So he ends up with a totaled car.

And maybe jail time.

Does the insurance pay if he totals his car running from the police?
