For one of my boys birthday, we gave him what amounts to a puzzle board you can hang on the wall with all 50 states cut out for the pieces. You fill it in every time you visit another state. I think he’s seen 24 and he’s only 22 years old. It’s really a neat idea.

I’d have to confirm with my mother about a few different vacations, but I think I’ve seen 35-38 states.

So how many have you visited? It doesn’t count if you just drove across the state line to the second exit, bought some fruit and turned around.

Travelled to most, easier to list the few I have left to hit..

Maine, VT, NH, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota.

Was going on a cruise out of Boston, that would have hit Maine, VT, NH but that trip ended up being cancelled this year.

Sturgis is on the list one year, looking forward to that.

35 or so. Mostly missing Midwest and Hawaii. I like the concept. I’ve said for a long time that there has to be something worth seeing in every state. Even if it’s the world’s largest ball of twine. I need to get on with it.

45. I was stuck at 43 for about 9 years until a friend got married on the Vermont/New Hampshire border so I visited both.

I've been to Florida many times via airplane so my flyover states are a little bit different. Technically, I've been in Atlanta Hartsfield Airport but I don't count that as visiting a state.
