I'm still checking my missed calls for the voicemail invite. I'll have to get back to you and your amazing steaks.

I’m assuming that green stuff is for the dog when you finish. Steak looks great! Single serving.

That looks quite delicious!

French cut green beans, I haven't had those since I was a kid. I remember I use to eat them with A1 Sauce.

Good eye! The only difference in the two is that USDA requires a porterhouse to be minimum 1.25” thick. My Sigforum challenge coin is 1.5” in diameter so it’s a porterhouse.

Hope you got the one on the left - that one looks nicely marbled. So, did you finish in one sitting?

I'm only able to finish about 1/3 - 1/2 lb (w/out bone) in one sitting now; more like 1/3 if I have the usual sides.

Haha, thanks guys. I finished about 3/4 of the big one but the pair were over 3lbs together. My wife finished the smaller one, lol. I cooked them medium rare, salt and pepper off the grill. Cross cut as requested.

Very nice!!! Looks like minimal brown edge and very juicy. Like!

Some caramelized maui onions in a balsamic reduction seems like it would pair nicely. Yum.
