TBHI’m assuming that green stuff is for the dog when you finish. Steak looks great! Single serving.

Good eye! The only difference in the two is that
USDA requires a porterhouse to be minimum 1.25” thick. My Sigforum challenge coin is 1.5” in diameter so it’s a porterhouse.

I'm only able to finish about 1/3 - 1/2 lb (w/out bone) in one sitting now; more like 1/3 if I have the usual sides.

SIG4EVAHaha, thanks guys. I finished about 3/4 of the big one but the pair were over 3lbs together. My wife finished the smaller one, lol. I cooked them medium rare, salt and pepper off the grill. Cross cut as requested.
