I'm a little late to this thread, but the allegations have me wondering, where is The Mob in all of this?

Traditionally, in America, wherever lots of illegal money is sloshing around, organized crime is not far behind. Are these "violent Somalis" so fearsome that they need not fear interference from long-established criminal groups?

Of course, the ubiquitous Somali fraud can certainly be defined as organized crime in and of itself, and law enforcement should be treating it as such.
