Because she was "triggered" by the people she assaulted. In liberal/progressive speak, to be triggered or feel that you are triggered is a perfect defense against any assault charge since it changes you from perp to victim. No doubt a liberal judge will be found who agrees.

You know how this nonsense is cured once and for all? You don't charge this moron with a misdemeanor charge in court (which will likely be thrown out or bargained away by a judge). You hit her right on the bridge of the nose with a hard overhand right, shattering her nose and sending her to the ER. One significant blow should be enough. Pain is the ultimate cure for asinine behavior. These people are too stupid to learn from anything else. I speak from personal experience when I say a lesson is learned quickly and permanently when you're laying on the concrete bleeding.

I'm not sure the passive nature of the guys that were assaulted is helping the situation either.

I understand forgiveness and turning the other cheek. But this just emboldens the mentally ill leftists to continue this behavior.

In the video the cop explains the no cuffs action and asks the guy if he is ok with this. Dude says sure. I would have been tempted to say no fucking way this is ok.

Then later on fartbook the guy is all about forgiving her and praying for her.

No sir. I grew up in the church and understand the concept of turning the other cheek.

But I also understand that is a double edged sword.

I believe that by having a passive attitude in this case will embolden this woman to attempt injury to another person.

Kind of like not fighting back against a bully, they are just going to do it again.
